- Here’s another cute dessert cups to show off at your next event, No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups.
Tumblers purchased from Party City, they are also available on Amazon. Size 3.5 oz
Pipping tip used: Ateco 858
Ingredients
Strawberry jam sauce:
1/2 cup strawberry purée
1 TB sugar
1.5 tsp corn starch mixed with 3 tsp water
Red food coloring (optional)
Filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese block
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 TB sour cream (optional)
Crust:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tsp melted butter
Diced Strawberries for filling and half cut strawberries for garnish. Mint leaves for garish
After the cheesecake cups are assembled refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight so the cheesecake cups can chill prior to serving.

Your recipe sounds wonderful! Can you help with a few questions I have, please. How long is this good at room temperature? Will it melt? Can I do the cheesecake mixture the night before, set it in the fridge in an air tight container and then decorate the way I need to the next day? Do I keep in the refrigerator after it is all decorated and take them out when it’s time for dessert? Thank you so much in advance. I have an event this Sunday and I want it to be perfect.
Hi, the cheesecake cups can stay out of the refrigerator at room temp for 4-5 hours. It will not melt at room temp. Yes you can prepare the cheesecake mixture the night before. Best to refrigerate the decorated cups for at least 1 hours then serve, don’t serve right away after decorating. I find it taste better if rested decorated overnight. Hope this helps and good luck.

Hi what is the life span of these cheesecake cups? Can I make them 4 days in advance till the event or is this best the day after?
It’s actually best to serve 1-2 days rather thaen same day. I find it taste better the next day. 4 days is fine but add the fruits the day before or day of serving.

Sorry for late response, you can but with these no bake recipe it’s best to refrigerate overnight prior to removal from pan.

You’ll have to make several batches but can multiply the amount x8.

Are you referring to the whipped cream or the cream cheese filling part? Make sure your whipped cream is cold before whisking. The cream cheese should be room temp. Keep the cheesecake chilled to let it set if it’s runny.

It makes 10-14 cups depending on how much you are squeezing into the shooter cups.
