Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
1/2 Cup Luke warm Water
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Instant Dry Yeast (Use any good Brand)
1 Kg Maida/ All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Butter (Room Temperature)
1/2 Cup Milk (100 ml) Room Temperature
4 Whole Eggs
Warm Water for kneading

Hi thanks for sharing, if 500 gms of Maida is used then what is the measurements for the other ingredients,?
If making half the quantity of Maida, reduce all ingredients to half and can keep sugar the same, that is 1 tbsp. Adjust water accordingly to get the consistency. Thanks for watching.

Can we mix the batter with a blender?
Will the fugias turn out well?
It's better to mix with hand or stand mixer. We want it to be thick and not to dry or not to wet either and using a blender you may not get that.

Yes Surely, This Recipe can be halved or even made 1/4th the quantity, just adjust the ingredients accordingly.
No, these fugais don't burst while frying, give it a try with small quantity to start with.

My dough was very creamy what should I do?
I hope you have checked the yeast, did it ferment well??. Try adding more flour to get the right consistency and let it proof again to get well risen. Do let me know further
