    Thanks so much for this. I was getting tired of my belly dancing DVD I've had for years that included silent instruction. It's so great this one incorporates most of the moves I've already learned, but still different for some variety. I just wanted someone to dance with rather than a "hype" coach. ❤

    These are my favorite videos from you. I like the dance instructions too, but I like working out with you it really makes me sweat. I've been drilling with you for a month now. Some of these moves I'll still terrible at but that's ok. Thanks Elisa 😊

      Oh that's great feedback, thank you! Yes, without the talking, you can really get into it. I have another one coming soon. Stay tuned! And let me know if there are any specific moves you'd like me to cover 😁 Some of the moves take a long time, but be patient. You will get them. And once you do, you'll always have them.

    Im really stiff and trying to get into cycling again and while on the bike you need really good flexibility in your hips and lower back. I decided to do what i knew a long time ago, belly dance. Thanks for this video.

      So glad you did this one Zelda! As you know, cycling can be very tightening for your hips and hip flexors. You may also like this video if you have a foam roller or a ball at home. As with all exercise, make sure you get your doctors okay if you have any injuries. ua-cam.com/video/6A4HxHKpEIc/v-deo.html
      When foam rolling, it may feel strange at first, but it is so good for us!
