It's time to dust off your hammer - House Flipper is back in a brand-new fashion! Buy and renovate run-down houses! Or maybe you want to build new ones? Now you can! Start as a rookie Flipper and make a fortune by helping out the community of the charming town of Pinnacove. It doesn't matter if you're a makeover veteran or if you're only starting out - you'll feel at home in no time!
House Flipper 2 introduces new mechanics and revamps the ones from the original game.

The one thing I’d want, is multiplayer across platforms so you can clean houses and remake them as a team? Like an actual house. Please make this come true at some pointttt

I likely won't be buying HF2 without it. This is the only feature I'm waiting on.

I LOVE IT!! - One thing I would have loved to see, is the brick wall, and then painting over it would just paint the bricks, not smooth out the entire wall, so you would need that extra step to make the wall smooth
YES! Then you can have painted bricks OR painted drywall!!!
Omg right now if you want to change the color of bricks you have to do it panel by panel and it’s so annoying and time consuming

I am extremely excited for the direction I see in this trailer! The first game is a delight and I see nothing but improvement on that formula so far. The more granular building and painting is extremely cool, and the copy/paste texture mechanic is absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to see more! Great job!!

Realistic gameplay, right? Because the graphics look more cartoony, but I love it.
Making your own house is number one, you need to add that. Also multiplayer would make a world of difference. Thanks for the hard work guy's!
Super to wygląda, bardzo ładna grafika i otoczenie 👌Widać, że będą bardziej rozwinięte funkcje budowania. Czekam z niecierpliwością na kolejne filmiki z gry 👍 Ale mam też nadzieję, że obecny House Flipper dostanie jeszcze kilka dodatków w między czasie (oprócz Farm Flipper) 😉
raczej farma to bedzie ostatni dodatek, house flipper jak i farma mają wyjść w tym samym roku ;(
I really hope we'll be able to place objects in drawers, not just on shelves😀and maybe be able to interact with other objects to like using tubs/showers, washing hands and brushing teeth in sinks, being able to also sit/lie down on sofas and beds, not just on chairs, opening fridges and being able to place objects inside them, same as using the stoves to cook things ect...ect😆 would make better for more realistic game play .😉 I love the first game to, really hope they continue to add more DLC's to that game to, and not abandon it when HF2 comes out. Love this game, hope it wont be too complicated to play as I'm not too smart when it comes to this kind of gameplay.😜🙄 My compliments to the dev's of this game, keep up the good work guys. Can't wait to see more on this new game.🤩
I'm also hoping for more things we can 'interact' with and other 'effects', like more sound effects.
Its house flipper not sims lol. Some of those are good ideas like sitting on couches and beds etc to see the view from that but cooking, brushing teeth, etc no.

be a totally kept separate to the house flipper 2, or will they be able to merge. I’ve put a lot of work into the first dlc so it would be good to bring the work from 1 to the new one.
The HF1 DLCs would probably be separate from HF2. The items and programming wouldn't be compatible.
Look great. I'd love to be able to interact with the items in the house after it's done too like in The Sims!

House Flipper is my favourite game and there is much that I see in this trailer that I really love, but please, PLEASE make the end result look less cartoony!!!

Overall I personally am pretty disappointed about the graphic design/style based on this trailer (more cartoony than current version), but there are sóme things that definitely dó look better and what they do with sun light/rays in this game is one of those things. Thát is awesome!

I just found out about this game and I'm in love playing it for 9 hrs strait.
I wish in the new one I can see my character and other friends can join and help out and we go to their lobby to help out.

Really looking forward to this! I hope the paint roller is actually visable like it is on this trailer, absolutely love the first game but I find painting on the original to be quite alot for my eyes (get slightly dizzy every time) as there's so many blocked lines that are constantly changing in colour/brightness/shade when I paint more than one panel in the one go.

Good for extra income, challenging fixes and/or evictions. Just food for thought. There was one game I played, and I didn't like the mechanics, was thinking maybe you would be able to something. You know, you go in fix it yourself and leave, not have some npc go in from 3rd person view and do it, ugh.

In hf2, I would like to have the possibility to download house from other players to renovate and sell. In this way there would be more homes than the ones that are put in the game from devs. Moreover the game would be longer and more pleasant to play because there would be more jobs to do.

I think the only thing this needs is the ability to expand the outer walls of the house. In my eyes, it's the only thing that was missing from House Flipper 1.

I saw this the other day and thought that it was something I might enjoy. I went looking for the original game (which I’d never heard of) and found House Flipper 1. I bought it (PC) and enjoyed it so much! After a few days I got the Garden dlc and a another couple days later I got the hgtv and luxury DLCs. I’m hooked on the game! I’m hoping version 2 will give us the ability to do things outside, such as adding a porch onto the front of a house that has no porch or overhang. Also It would be great if we could build our own houses from the ground up!

I wish we got more DLCs for House Flipper on Consoles. Not many choices on floors and walls.
hopefully they keep the console upto the PC version when it comes to DLCs, many other games release DLCs for both AT THE SANME TIME. If they can't do that don't bother
