I really like these short Q&A videos. Thanks for posting them. May I add a question to your list? In 1 Peter 1:12, which gospel is Peter referring to? Thank you. We plan to travel to Jackson, GA to hear you speak at the October conference. We are looking forward to it very much!
Peter was a hypocrite & cared more about what his peers thought of him ! Remember , he didn’t really admit that God was doing a new thing until the end of his life in his second letter !
@@johnharrington6122 @John Harrington That doesn't actually explain why Peter, a member of the Kingdom church, was "living as do the gentiles" in Galatians 2:14, unless you are saying Peter was willing to disobey the new covenant and the laws of Israel in order to fit in with Paul's gentile converts? That doesn't make any sense. I too am confused by Galatians 2:14. The mid-acts view states that Peter and the 12 were obedient to Israel's laws and empowered by the Holy Spirit to keep them, but we find Peter living as the Gentiles according to Paul's teaching that the middle wall of partition is down. The only way I can think of reconciling this is to say that when the middle wall fell and God began the dispensation of grace, the Kingdom believers were loosed from their responsibilities so long as the dispensation of grace was in effect.
Paul was part of that assembly but he wasn’t preaching the salvation Gospel of “by Grace through faith” so far , because it hasn’t been fully revealed to him yet ,Paul message was “progressive”, as it was getting more and more revelation from The Lord , as he gets water baptized at the beginning, and start preaching that Jesus is the Son of God at the synagogues in Damascus , then we see him with a kingdom saint Barnabas in Antioch, preaching the word of The Lord , (Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?) ,he went to preach to the Jews first as he was supposed to do and sent as chosen vessel ! Paul got the full revelation from the Lord at the very conclusion of his ministry and the end of the book of acts , where he gets the completed full message, preaching “justification by Faith through Grace “ .
Thank you Pastor Reid! Your teachings are always such a blessing!
Thanks so much!

If Peter kept the law, explain Galatians 2:14.
