- Here in this video I´m going to show you how to build a pedal board in budget for less than $10.
- Removable shelf from desk or closet (FREE) or a wooden board ($5)
- Velcro fabric ($2-3)
- Sticky back tape ($1)
- Rubber feet ($1)
ENJOY!
Ya know I actually enjoyed the building process usually people edit it out but it’s cool
Thanks man, I appreciate it!!!!!
Tuner always goes first in the line, wahwah, comp., overdrive- dist., modulation, delay-reverb and equalizer where ever makes you happy, I personally don't use one but if I do, it would probably be last in my chain. Tuner definitely first in the chain. Google it if you must but I have never heard anything different. Just my 2 cents. I also use a uni vibe and put it before my overdrive pedals but that is a personal preference. Robin trower does it that way. Jimi Hendrix put his uni vibe after the overdrive, like I said, its a personal preference thing as far as that goes but some things have a right and wrong way and I think the tuner is one of them. Never seen them anywhere but up front in the chain.
Yeah I know. Actually for more than 10 years I used it at the beginning of the chain but as I kept adding pedals I ended up using it at last of the front end chain because the buffer helps to minimize the signal loss and because I could activate it and mute the guitar signal along with the overdrive pedals avoiding more of the background noise. Definitely almost everybody I know place it like you described so chances are that I will be wrong LOL. Thanks man!!!
@@alverduratonejunkiealveram1017 If you were to actually use it as a tuner though, it wouldn't work properly due to all of the effects going into it. It would change what the tuner actually hears. Maybe just buy a mute pedal?
@@SaulDeAnda It depends, right now I have it first in the chain but in a band situation I can have it at the end of the front end and use it as a mute when switching guitars or between songs. When tunning you have to bypass all the pedals of course
I think I see what he did… he basically just uses it as an on off switch and only tunes when other pedals are off
I have tons so spare wire shelf’s for closets.. I’m thinking of using it.. it has that lip on the front that might give it a little angle and ability to hide wires and surge under it, at least I think so.. I might need a flat surface on top that can be anything but it should be easy to zip tie everything neatly I hope
Of course, if can drill to run the zip ties accross that will work!
Well done! Killer video. Subscribed!
Thanks man!!! I hope it´s been helpful
Nice idea
Why does everyone waste space and $$$ on a tuner? I use a clip on tuner it's silent and I purchased another pedal with the money I saved.
That pedal was a gift and it was given to me before those clip on tuners were even invented 🤣🤣. And I still use it to mute the signal when switching guitars
Buying moar pedals is not the ultimate meaning of life though. I just bought a used PolyTune, because I find my SuperSnark clip-on to be quite inefficient. We’ll see how it goes…
@@crnkmnky yeah I went through that phase already and for me you just need a good tube amp and the minimum amount of pedal you xan get away with LOL
