@@stephenpetty7517 cheers! for some reason that was hidden... Thoughts on doing it the opposite way? better/worse? Plan is to go picton>awatere valley>acheron>hanmer springs>st james cycleway>rainbow-st arnaud>nelson'ish area up the top there/taste trail > back east to picton-wellington
stockholm my preference would be to tackle fowlers pass from fowlers hut as the climb from the St James side would tough. But, apart from that particular track, I think either direction would fine.

Great vid! Do you have a gpx or route to follow. I have just planned something similar in reverse but now I don't want to miss fowler's pass!

Sorry for the delay man. My bikes a Salsa Fargo, there was also a Cutty, some random cyclocross thing. One MTB and a Karate Monkey type bike.
