Wow, the French team really have improved, by the looks of it at least when compared to that team that got relegated a couple of years ago. It's too bad they don't show the games on TV here in France though.

I am glad you were kicked. At least common people in Russia will see, that nobody wants a war.
I think Russia needs to return Ukraine first before returning Russia to international hockey. That said I'd say the Russian team would probably do about just as good as the Russian army is doing right now. Basically a return home with no trophies or medals and perhaps a trip to the gulag
Zimbabwe wasn't participating in previous World Cups when Russia did and it was still a World Cup. If it makes you happier you can make your own parallel world cup with your buddies China, Cuba, Syria and North Korea ;-)
