Not understanding why they had to make it this, not necessarily complicated but too many unnecessary steps. Like NBA 2k, you just scan you face and boom. Lol
No offense but the editing is magnificent and the amount of detail is amazing
Even if you get a not so great scan. You can make it work with the editing

@@jeffreyabbey9592 NBA 2K has amazing editing detail as well (they're also from the same publishers) it places the picture ion the right place for you, no need to slide it around a like you do in WWE. One of the biggest issues with both WWE and NBA is they no longer let you use the high quality cams for the PlayStation and XBOX, so the quality of your images depends on how good your phone camera is which sucks.

I've been having problems with my scans, I get them scanned and put them on the face and fit it in place when I hit the X button it freezes up on me and I have to start all over.

WWE2K19 had the best Face Photo Capture system. I never, ever had a problem with it. No with this game I can't seem to understand how it works. I put the image on it and i fix the deformation and it looks nothing like the wrestler. Like I put the photo on the outline and when I go onto the "Facial Region" the black lines showing the eyes, nose, mouth and eyebrows are nowhere near where I put the picture.
I tried making the 1980s shawn michaels and no matter what I done it looks like Owen and Bret Hart

I downloaded my face photo but it doesn't show up in my image on wwe 2k22 ...?
You upload the photo on the 2k upload site,go to image manager in game in incoming,download and then it should be in caw

When you mentioned how to 'crop' the image a pop up appears right in the centre of the screen blocking what action you used, bad timing. Other than that I managed to upload my images into the game. But even after putting the face onto the character, when I go to edit the parts, the box on the top left does not have the facial edit parts in line properly
I apologize for the pop up, but honestly as it comes to editing the facial parts the outlines don't have to match the image exactly. If it messes with the overall look of the CAW try zooming out the image and try it again. You can always zoom in on the image in game but you can't always zoom out. Try to make sure the face in your uploaded image is center and it should make things more accurate.
For me it don’t let me look at my downloaded images

Did everything until the part where you have to go into your image manager and select incoming, my game just goes back to the creations screen and says unable to communicate with 2k22 servers but I can access my local images

Jason- is it possible to edit the facial skin tone of an uploaded face? I'm trying to create a legend from the late 80's and some of the reference photos during that time weren't the highest quality. The face that I'm using appears to have a forehead that's brighter than the rest of his face and would like to darken that portion
You would need to edit said photo before uploading. There are free Photoshop programs out there and there are ways to fix low quality photos it just depends on the software you use.
Try using Remini to upscale the poor quality photo to use for the upload. After that, you can use the "Skin Color Pickup" tool to better match up the rest of the character's skin tone with that in the photo used.
I wish someone can make mines for me every time I try the face it comes out looking odd

I think mine is glitched. I upload everything according to the tutorial but when i create a new superstar and go to downloaded faces it doesn't show the image i uploaded. Please answer me.

My photo uploaded on its side and as such is almost impossible to align. Spent hours today trying, only to give up.

I can get my photo in the game I got all the way up to local download and I caint I can not get it in the creation a superstar part my photo does not show up
If the image is showing in local then you've already downloaded it👍🏼✌🏼
When you import the photo, you have to click on it to download it to your local files.

@@BabyfaceCamGaming I'm still having problems getting mine to line up. It either shows the background of pic on the side of my face or stretches face. But if yours isn't showing at all then it's might be because the picture you took isn't square 1:1. I just tried taking a pic from my webcam and it doesn't show up.✌🏼
Mine is uploading sideways for some reason and I can't rotate it
Try rotating it before uploading it, almost like tricking the game to uploading it properly

Then the image size is too big, the uploader has a file restriction on large photos. Crop the image to about 1000x1000 pixels which should shrink the file size. There should be an option to change the quality of the photo which should work as well

im on ps5 but playing the ps4 version but its not letting me use the images even tho they are downloaded because i dont have ps5 games yet

If it doesn't download the image, if it's not a face photo you're trying to download, you may be downloading it to the wrong aspect ratio. (There's different dimension selections for different sized photos like banners and championships) if you're just trying to upload a selfie the image might be too big, either it's file size or because it's not cropped. I believe the upload limit is 25mb so you shouldn't have that problem with just one photo.

I have a custom video on my superstars. If i upload them to CC will they still have their titantrons?
It should, if not it’s because they wouldn’t have the audio and or the custom titantron downloaded on their Device.
How much the size of the photo? 512×512 is good?
512 x 512 could work, but the higher the resolution the better. My photo is set at 1080 x 1080.
@@JasonReidDarin I get it. Did you use any app to remove the shadows?
@@mattiaimbrogno251 honestly, I just used the built in editing software on my phone to lighten the shadows. If the shadows are too dark just try taking or finding a better photo.

If you already tried croping the image, try rotating the image before uploading it. Almost like tricking the uploader to upload it the right way.

If you're referring to the face templates that align the eyes, nose and mouth then yes.
