get rid the appliances in the island put them in the counter. and get real doors for the rooms. thoes gaps under the door are a no go.

That kitchen island is BOMB! It's the centerpiece of the house. I have no complaints, I just see myself adding some handicapped bars on the sides of the tub and I will be good! ❤❤❤ I'm going to elbow the ol' man. 😂😂

That kitchen setup is more popular now, with the sink and stove on the island. It would be so nice to face toward other people in the house rather than facing a window or a wall.
I think I would like white cabinets in the kitchen.

what you complaining about? your lot is more then twice the square foot of the home. the trailer is 1820 sqft the home would fit on ur lot no problem.

Agree. It would be nice to have the ends switched on the island so people seated there can talk with those at the table....or more easily watch TV!

Now that is how to design a kitchen island! That would be the selling point for me. This home is beautiful, modern and cozy at the same time. So much space too!

I counted 8 drawers but I may have misseed some, which is great. Lots of cupboards plus that pantry, it is great. The one end of the island could be used for cutting out patterns or working on basting quilts, etc. I have a flattop stove and I hate it. My legally blind husband cooks and doesn't see the mess he is making and grease goes everywhere, but at least we have an upright portion in the back of the stove with the knobs, etc. and it gathers so much grease. Without that protection here, you will be scrubbing that island everytime you framble an egg especially with bacon! I don't care how long you meander in the kitchen and different rooms. I'm retired. 🤣 Love the carpet. It looks like you could really squeeze your toes in it (Bruce Willis - Diehard #1) . That den would be my sewing/craft room if this were my house. Those freestanding tubs remind me of the cartoons from long ago where the casnnibals have missionaries in them. It is amazing what comes to your mind when you have 68 years of memories. Love the wood sculpture in the bathroom and as always, hate the barn door! It could use a bit more storage like a linen closet. The closets that a re there, are sufficient but if you don't put one of these on a basement, it cuts off a lot of places to store things like Christmas trees.

Beautiful home !! The only downside for me is that it's missing a linen closet for the secondary bathroom. Love the size and layout !
I hate stoves on an island!
I don’t like it either nor do I like the sink on the bar area. I’d prefer not seeing the kitchen when walking into a home.
Can you imagine the damage to that bar/floor area if you fry any foods. 🫣😵💫

@@YaYaPaBlathe floor is no different if the stove were else where. When we fry foods which is like almost never we fry foods outside on our patio. I can’t stand the smell that lingers in my home.

Here I am thinking that this is a different person shown a mobile home. As I watch the tour, I thought this guy was copying Chance tour of homes. At the end of the clip, I see you chance instead of Colliers. I was surprised that was use on another channel that is shown on this channel. So, I enjoy watching your mobile homes tour. I watch them when they are uploading every week. This home is nice. the island is big. That what I like a lot of space to cook and to bake and cook on.

Not a huge fan of stove in the island or the whole sink. but hey that's why there is options 😉. You didn't say utility room.😮. You know the tour is not complete without you saying utility room!! I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins, open shelves throughout, the island, and the den. Also, I love the tub in the master bathroom.❤❤❤❤❤

😂 frambled eggs are the best fry the egg just enough to cook the white a little then start to scramble and you get yoke and white frambled eggs 😋

I'd like to see one less window in the kitchen and more cabinets and the kitchen window (s) need to open otherwise just useless. Get rid of the ugly supposed fireplace and replace with traditional style fireplace with gas log or wood burner.

And why do these manufactures have issues with putting coat closets by entries? Those of us in "4 season regions" need places to hang jackets and coats when we come in from the cold!!

Nice layout but too many colors that don't match up, grays, different browns and black. IMO fixed windows...make no sense especially in the bathroom and above the sink. Like your videos!!

The range in the island is an absolute NO.
I honestly feel like they mixed farmhouse with mid century modern interior and it does not work well as a design.

Good way to have burned food trying to watch TV and cooking don't go together.
