Here's my argument question... If a man works all day and live in the same house with his wife and children how is that not part of taking care of his kids? Let's just say she stays home all day, or she stays home while she works from home or go to school from home; she is able to take care of the kids while she do her thing for work. I'm sorry... I believe people choose to work from home so they can be with their kids. A man is taking care of his kids by working as well. He is providing a resource financialy to help put food, clothes and shelter to his kids. I'm not saying he shouldn't do more than just going to work; but I don't appreciate a man with a 9 to 5 to get shytted on because he's at work. I'm more upset with a man who does nothing to contribute to his house hold. Working is what provides the financial resources to keep things going in the house. Yes a woman works too. I see that and understand that. If she wants to be the bread winner then let the man stay home and take care of their kids then.
Not to mention; you can't be in two places at once.
Judges are incentivized for maximizing these particular claims!!

I want one against and one that is threatening to me. Some people have a life of their own wife kids but yet is not enough. They find satisfaction harassing others to feel complete!
That defense lawyer messed up bad for her client. She gave the judge circumstantial evidence the prosecutor didn't even have by establishing that the petitioner was not happy in her marriage because she was flirting with another dude. Let me know if you agree.
A more extensive case means filing for sole custody or joint ?
What was the objection she made? "Objection your honor. No previous incidents were listed on the petition and therefore would not properly be ???? for the court today." Do judges normally sustain an objection like this?
Maybe, maybe not. They want to see if there is a history of violence, beyond the one specific incidence that caused the victim to file. But it could be up to the judge's decision whether or not to allow testimony of incidences of violence not written on the petition.
I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know anything for sure. I'm speaking from my own personal experience with a CPO hearing. They asked me for the whole history of abuse. But at the same time, when it comes to family court, everything seems to be up to the whims of the judge.

I don't believe so, it is unlikely the same script would be used in both videos, there is another video of this without the lawyers.

@@nate7629 so he came with his employee’s as witnesses and they all said that he was not home but at work that day the abuse happened and that made me look like a Lier even tho I was not. I was so confused when I got the notice of witnesses like why is he calling his friends to our hearing like they never met me or know our relationship? It’s funny how he got away with it, like I had pictures of bruises but they were printed in black and white so it was hard to see clearly. So if you have pic evidence print them out in photo album format with colors that’s the best option.
