@@panchopuskas1 Actually being a German is more reason why he's not as involved. As that's the way things have worked over there for a long time. It's English/British managers who are more likely to want/need to be involved with every aspect of running the club. The main man in transfers is Michael Edwards the technical director. Obviously Klopp gets a say and says which areas of the team he needs players for but I highly doubt he has much to do with identifying signings and absolutely nothing to do with making the actual deals.

Thing with this Liverpool team folks don’t understand, everyone defends, everyone attacks. Do you see Mbappe running back the lines like Mo, Mane & Firmino do? It’s a tight nit group where everyone works their socks off for 90+ minutes.
Add to that, the way we press requires players moving into positions that instinctively make u feel like u r abandoning ur post. Leaving a gap where ur # should cover. It takes trust in ur teammates to know it will b covered, NOT the price attached to ur name
@Millmoor Michael You're 100% right. The attackers can defend (and do), the defenders can score and assist (and do), and the midfielders can do both equally well. It's honestly the most impressive team ever. Keep going, Liverpool, it's absolutely amazing seeing Moneychester City have their asses handed to them. From a Leeds fan.
Mbappe is a strong fit player with promising attributes in his 20’s and considered to be one of the best individual talents in world football currently. If you don’t think Jurgen Klopp can shape and drive a player like that then I disagree. Mbappe has already worked to become one of the best, do you think he’s the type to take what a man like Klopp tells him. And if you don’t think he’ll get playing time think again. Liverpool will then have 3 world class wingers. It will create more competition in the roles while also plenty of opportunity to rest one player without worrying whether Mane or Salah are too worn out for when we need them.
Neil Lewis a better job! Look what Salah did and achieved with Liverpool since he come and what Mabape did with his club! Nothing. So please don't talk about a' better job'.
Mbappe would be the opposite to what Klopp is searching for. He´s not humble and he doesn´t show discipline and respect. Thinking that Mbappe would fit into this team means not understanding the secret of the team´s strength.
The club's culture is important as well. You think that Klopp, Hendo, VVD and even Michael Edwards and above would let him act like he is in PSG? No chance. If he were to make the decision to come to Liverpool, he will fall in line.
Spot on my friend. I also think Mo will be the first to seek pastures new - little bit more of an ego than Sadio and Bobby. Coming up 28, huge payday and salary, centre of attention and his agent in his ear - I think he'll be off first. An out and out scorer- Werner - with Sancho bought with Mo's money would be ok with me TBH - IF he goes. YNWA.
Klopp added value to all his players, even those on the bench and also to himself, I mean to Liverpool as a whole. This shows that any player can be great with the right amount of coaching and management. It all boils down to being in the right place. My son plays for West Ham U13 and he's loving it so far🙏🏿
Traore is overrated but within last 3 years he has got big and is quick. With coaching from klopp will be amazing. Bargain if we could get for 40 million max
"Bad luck with injuries" is a growing excuse from pundits who told us City reserve could make the top 4. Was that LFC's job to repace Company and plan for Lapotre's back up player? Guys, Managing your squad with all sort of injuries like Liverpool did in this season is part of the game.
Start of the season pundits said city would win the league coz they had debt in the squad, now city are apparently relying on one player it’s a comical excuse, fact is Liverpool are better team
Mbappe to Liverpool would take him accepting that he's not the star of the show, rather one of many puzzle pieces. If he is willing to accept that, then I am all for bringing him to the club.
Why would Liverpool buy Mbappe, too expensive, big ego and is he really gonna help Liverpool. We have a complete team, that’s why we are amazing this season.
Liverpool aren't a one man team like Barca and PSG. As much as football fans and the media want to make clubs being great with their one player. Liverpool has developed each of it's players to be the best in their position. We aren't reliant on one player. Dumping money on Mbappe is out of Liverpool's character as a club financially and philosophically.
that is why i really dont think mbappe is what klopp wants at the price he is.... from monaco sure!!! not from psg and not with the new attitude he has gotten from neymar
How does Mbappe have too much ego when he publicly stated that Liverpool is the best team on the planet right now? If he had ego he would've said "Liverpool aren't worthy of my talents." or something along those lines. Just cause he had a bust up with Tuchel doesn't mean he'd have a bust up with Klopp.
Pep isn't the God he's made out to be. He inherited a once in a generation team from Frank Rijkaard at Barca. He walked into a top team at Bayern, where they usually win the league and he walks into Man City who were a top team with bottomless pockets. He has made City better but he's not the second coming.
Well said. Klopp has bested him in every way, shape and form, and exposed him for the Fraud he is. Fraudiola is beginning to crack from all the pressure. And It's all to clear to see. His decision on still refusing to get a CB, sprouting all the nonsense about how Liverpool's dominance this season is bad for the EPL. His constant rubbing of his already bald head. His paranoia that everyone is conspiring against City. Are all clear signs that his headed for a padded room. You just gotta sit back and enjoy it. GO THE MIGHTY REDS
I mean when he joined Barca he let go of Ronaldinho and Eto’o which were arguably Barca best players at the time. He took his chances on a promising but unproven Lionel Messi. He revolutionized the tiki taka. I know it’s cool to shit on Pep now because Liverpool is doing well but don’t be blind.

You would take lovren over fernandinho in centre back, especially with set pieces. Fernandinho is not a centre back. People forget that liverpool didn't really strengthen in regards to the first team. If Van dijk got injured then you would be questioning klopp if we were in the same position. It's fine margins.
very good point. liverpool players have certainly been injured, but only alisson was a key player and adrian proved to be a more than worthy replacement. if liverpool lost van dijk they'd be in as much of a crises as city. just look at how any of their back two play without virgil.
...true....I'd take Liverpool's second string of Lovren and Matip over City's present CBs....and City's full backs aren't anywhere near a match for AA and Robbo.....
Simple solution: Mbappe goes into the striker position once he has learned to press and firmino drops into midfield as a number 10 almost like coutinho did, as he still has the work ethic to be a midfielder.
Logic, realistic and rationale solution: Mbappe can fuck off to other clubs. Liverpool dont need him. Klopp and Edward dont think so. Too many fucking dumb fans.

@Ze TheGame Salah is humble and total opposite of Mbappe! Mo would never argue with Klopp on sidelines like Mbappe with Tuchel. You are only one deluded here my friend. Mbappe is not player for Liverpol. End of.
Idk I sort of agree with him, I like salah and his first season was amazing but I feel like he’s become abit selfish, he tries to grab the glory when he could easily set up a teammate, also he misses a lot of chances and a lot of his goals have come from penalties he doesn’t usually score in big games aswell, I like mo but if I was to choose out of those 3 it would be him.
@wildebest Managers like Klopp and Ferguson see potential as well as results. Salah is a unique player and he reminds me of Messi. He seems less defined by everything that is going on around him. He caused the goals against Bayern Munich. There's a lot of pressure in maintaining consistency once you've reached the top. Salah doesn't feel that pressure becuse he has inner greatness. He won the game against Wolves and scored against Man United. Fortunatey, Klopp has enough vision to recognise how important and world class Mo Salah is.
Believe me ,mo 's the best nowaday for the team no one has the consistency that this player has , his self confidence made me believe in him that he can make the change at any time in the game. The fire from last season burned more in the Liverpool players heart than city's players. Liverpool missed out after a fantastic season but they've righted the wrong.
If any has to go to the bench, it should be firmino. Firmino is special but people forget his many forgettable game as well. Move salah up top, put embappe on the left. I can honestly say, that the only way I would want Mbappe, is if we change to a 4-2-3-1. None of our front 3 should ever be dropped, their going to go down as one of the greatest attacking tridents football has ever seen. But even with a change in formation if we got Kylian, I'd still be hesitant. The balance in the chemistry in the team is currently bordering on perfect. Mate the new fab 4 firmino would drop into the midfield something like this:
Alisson
Trent Gomez V dijk Robertson
Henderson Fabinho
Firmino
Salah Mbappe Mane
Who is beating that team? 😂
@Ze TheGame Doesnt matter! He would need to keep his ego under the rug and become team player under Klopp! I dont see that happening. I'm sure he has a idea of becoming new Ronaldo at Real and making them one man team. He wouldnt be able to do that in Lvp! Thats why Klopp is not interested. That, and his price. Do i need to educate you more? Or this is enough?
@Ze TheGame Salah is humble and total opposite of Mbappe! Mo would never argue with Klopp on sidelines like Mbappe with Tuchel. You are only one deluded here my friend. Mbappe is not player for Liverpol. End of.
Charlie Adam looks younger now than 10 years ago
Dadrummerdude WHAT
HOLY shhh.... did not notice it until I saw this. had to watch it again.
I cant lie I thought it was Shearer until he started talking lool
It's the new hair cut. Been bald makes him look younger
@@2126beatz he always looked 34 throughout his career so now that he is 34 and went clean shave he looks fresh
No way to get rid of King Mo!!
Mo like a lonewolf..plss be understand if that angle % for gol mo just need to try but if it can't so from that mo try to pass team mmber
Believe me ,mo 's the best nowaday for the team no one has the consistency that this player has , his self confidence made me believe in him that he can make the change at any time in the game. He's not selfish and I think mane is the same when he find any chance,, but this is a spirit of stricker who is always eager to score more and more goals,, we need this spirit
@@EdwardBerry100 he scored 7 of his 14 goals against big teams and 4 in the cl .
Jürgen Klopp makes the difference
I could listen to this lot for hours, at least they know what they talking about....
City have bottled it this year, no other way to put it! Love how Liverpool have done it and kelly is bloody lovely! 😁
What a joke. ManC is the most expensively assembled squad in World football. They have spent considerably more then any other club in world football over the last 4 years - the most in professional football history. They are currently under investigation for breaching FFP rules for the second time in 5 years and your criticizing them for not spending enough money. You must be having a laugh!! 😂😂😂 They also bought Laporte as a replacement for Kompany last year - he's just been injured.
Not a man city fan but their arent going anywhere back next season harder
Club will always be remembered as a sugar daddy club, pep talking about a rebuild, with what hes spent already he should be the one that goes
@@MO-pn2rz I think it will be interesting to see. They have an exceptionally talented squad but will have lost all their older leaders. Kompany, Silva and Fernandinho retiring this summer and word is Aguero also on the way out. Will be interested to see if the young star are able to challenge without that core.
They will be chill like 2 seasons and after they will be shopping again....depends FFP situation
668.6m since 2015
The fire from last season burned more in the Liverpool players heart than city's players. Liverpool missed out after a fantastic season but they've righted the wrong.
I love your work guys. Am a Liverpool fan from Uganda
It was going so well..till Charlie Adam popped up😱Switch off !!
Kenny deserves this xxx Can't wait to see that amazing smile. Klopp and the players you beautiful people. xxx. Kelly you are perfect xx
Lovren has been extremely solid whenever he’s played this season. Been terrible the past few seasons though
everynamewastakenomg You should’ve watched his performance in the FA Cup.
@@paulmurphy1285 he just came back from injury tbf so it's not fair to judge him on that. When he played in the prem he was very good.
If any has to go to the bench, it should be firmino. Firmino is special but people forget his many forgettable game as well. Move salah up top, put embappe on the left. Salah never goes to the sideline, he always cut in and that make him predictable. Hes not the best dribbler either so he lost the ball a LOT. With embappe, TAA wouldnt need to go up as much, that will save his legs in the long term. Firmino dont need to be sold but hes not the main man despite all his quality.
i dont like the thought of salah going, i would change formation, unfortunately get rid of gini, pull firminho slightly back, henderson and ox either side of him, and salah mbappe and mane up front....wow! that would be awesome!
Injuries are not an excuse with City given the depth they've got. Liverpool have had their fair share of injuries as well. Alisson was out for first 10 league games, but we won them all!
Just remember the last time pep went head to head with klopp pep had to take a year out of football because his head fell off ynwa
Craig Crosbie 😂😂😂
When was that
When he was at bayern Munich do your homework
@@craigcrosbie6818 yeah, I'm pretty sure it was Klopp who ended up leaving BVB before Pep left Bayern, having ended that season in 7th
@@inthedark8400 pep was at city before klopp even thought about going to Liverpool 😂😂 how dumb are you thinking klopp left first when he was still at BVB while pep left for city 😂 give me what your smoking please
Wrighty defo a liverpool fan. Love it YNWA
Liverpool have had just as many injuries as mancity to be fair! They just want it more
On the point they raised about David silva surely Bernardo silva is a ready made replacement is he injured or just unfavoured atm?
We've had injuries too we just didn't moan about it YNWA com on the reds.
Liverpool have had injuries too which get sweeped under the rug. alisson and fabinho have been out a few months each. Milner, lovern, shaqiri, keita, matip and more have all had injuries too. Mane is out right now, salah has missed a couple.
well they are blind arent they.
Not Kelly tho.
The kids did it so proud of the young lads you’re just waiting for Liverpool to lose good on all the team love them all good on them 🥇🥇🏆🏆🙏🥰😊💕
Love Kelly and Wrighty! They need their own brand!
Is Charlie Adam a city fan? Kept calling them “We”
It doesn't matter who gets injured at liverpool now. Klopp might even fill the backroom staffs with enough balls and field them. Remember they beat Barcelona without Salah and Firmino
Whoever attacks Salah is only vindictive and does not understand anything ... in football
Mohammed was a nonce!
Why cuz he’s a Muslim? 🤦♂️
@@peggi18 No because he is a world class player you racist fuck
Charlie Adam spot on about Bobby Firmino. He’s the Cog that makes the front wheels spin
Pep is leaving for Juventus this summer, real competition gives him heartburn...
Probably PSG where there’s absolutely no competition
A team like liverpool doesn't need individuals like mbappe, they are an amazing outfit for a whole host of different reasons, number 1 being that they play for each other. In all my years of watching football I have never seen a team with such drive and belief as this very special group of lads. Wright is right this is only the beginning of their reign.
Mo Salah dance during playing football this is the secret .
Stop talking over people Charlie
Great discussion!
Werner would fit better under Klopp than Mbappe.
Werner is not a top striker.
The best. Many Greating to you all Radio 5 BBC the best....
"Fernandinho will never make it as Liverpool's centre half" ... flashbacks to Henderson in the CWC.
flashback to Fernandinho own goal in WC 2018 🤣
Ian Wright is spot on regarding Laport.
We couldn't afford him, and even if we could I don't think we would buy him. Would have to build the team around him and I can't see that happening
it'd be a waste of money and destroy the wage structure. and with how he's been acting recently toward tuchel and psg, you wonder if he has the mentality to join a klopp squad.
Christy Cullen I don’t want no superstars with big egos in our team. PS we make superstar
@@andinuruljihad2912 not just the wage structure, it will shake the club financial structure.
If the rumours of his release clause are to be believe, his transfer would cost any club back more than £300m.
His current wages 14.7m (multiple by 4-yrs), 250m release clause, agent's fee, and his bonuses related pay out over the course of his contract.
£250m cam only be realistic if he sign a contract for 8 yrs with no release clause.
Only PSG Madrid and Barca are crazy enough to pull a move like this.
City/Juve/ManU probably close behind.
david silva cant be replaced
Where are your brains guys, if you study Peps, teams, he inherite teams that has been assembled by someone, fine tune the teams hoping they play the Bassa way, his teams last for two season, then comes the gambling of bying hoping they play his way. He inherited Munich teams that got to the semis UCL going pass Bassa, yet Pep failed in Germany as far as UCL. His problem is buying already made star, Jurgen improves prayers to fit into his team
I agree with you, but its 'Barca' not Bassa
I'm an Arsenal fan and Klopp deserves a hell of a lot of respect for what he's built at Liverpool. Klopps Liverpool could do the treble and they will go unbeaten in the premier league and finish with more points than Arsenals invincible season they could win the champions league (again) and an FA cup? Now that would be better than Man Uniteds treble Arsenals invincibles ! Klopps going to take Liverpool on to greatness 👍🏻
Salah is Messi in in premier league
I can honestly say, that the only way I would want Mbappe, is if we change to a 4-2-3-1. None of our front 3 should ever be dropped, their going to go down as one of the greatest attacking tridents football has ever seen. But even with a change in formation if we got Kylian, I'd still be hesitant. The balance in the chemistry in the team is currently bordering on perfect.
So what I'm basically trying to say: I don't want Mbappe.
doeSnt matter what you want or dont want.
What matter the most for the Liverpool Football Club, is what Klopp/Edward/Gordon/Moore want.
And they dont want to pay 300m+ just for a player is a fact and the fucking truth.
Enough of this “If Man City win the Champions League” talking point. It ain’t gonna happen!
