    Ingredients
    • Dry Fig - 6 to7 (Soaked)
    • Banana - 3 (Ripped)
    • Oats Powder - 2 tsp
    • Mix Dry Nuts - 2 tsp
    • Milk - 1 Glass
    • Ice Cubes
    • Vanilla - 2 drops (Optional)
    Method:
    1. In a small bowl take 6 to 7 dry fig, soak in enough hot water for about 30 minutes. Soaking makes figs soft.
    2. Take instant oats, grind and prepare a smooth powder.
    3. In a blender add banana, chopped soft figs, Oats Powder along with chill milk and 2 drops of vanilla essence (optional).
    4. Add ice cubes and blend it.
    5. Add chopped nuts and chia seeds.
    6. Serve fresh. You can have this smoothie for breakfast as it will keep you full for a long time.
    Notes:
    • Overnight soaked fig water is very sweet in taste, can be consumed separately.
    • Fresh figs can be used, if using fresh figs, you can add honey for sweetness.
