Let it be known that Bradley Delp sang every single vocal on Boston 1, 2 and 3. That's lead and harmonies, no other singer did that in the 70s, What a talented Beautiful soul. DEPRESSION is an EVIL Disease.

+lino cortes his vocals are under the last note and he is very damn close.
lino cortes The way I hear it is he's clearly hitting an F# then he hits a G with support from a guitar. But to my ears he's still singing it.
he does hit the F# and the G, the guitar's above that - if he went any higher Scholtz woulda run out of frets
And all the harmonies too. Unbelievable range and clarity. Highly highly underrated rock singer!!! R. I. P- Legend
So so many times when opening radio ..just at tht magical moment ..He begins to sing ..and you guess how much emotions that brings to
one of the best ,this was beautiful
All I can say is I have seen every BOSTON tour since 1976 and as far I am concerned BRAD DELP is the best vocalist I have ever seen and I have seen Robert Plant in his pri me and love him , Roger Daltrey and Freddie Mercury who was awesome and don't forget Paul Rodgers who does not scream like the so called best Axl Rose who I do like But my heart and soul like someone mentioned is tied to Brad Delp and that voice is angelic and golden When I die all I am requesting is his voice and an excellent piano version of More Than A Feeling by Vika his voice evokes more memories and emotion in my soul than anyone you live in my heart and soul RIP Brad
Agreed, however, you left out Steve Perry that Octaves that were mind blowing as well!!
No shit Michael! The Best!!
And Steve Walsh from Kansas
Brad Delp and Rob Halford my fave two singers of all time!
both are perfect......\\m//
Unbelievable Vocals....... rip
10 tears since his passing...I still cant believe hes gone.......he was than a feeling to a kid born in 72 that first heard this song in 76 when I was 4....and its more than a feeling that I will carry in my mid 40s till I'm 90.......thanks Brad and BOSTON.....\\m//
Mr. Delp...I can't imagine the demons that haunted you here on earth that made you want to leave us, but I imagine God is happy to have His voice back home.
I love this! For 40 years I thought I was singing along w that infectious guitar riff...just recently...I found out Brad was harmonizing that, too!(:21 Aaaaaaaah) MY GOD!! He did it so soft & sweet...it's like listening w new ears!! NOW I can hear it in the song bc I know about it...but I love this vocal bc I can really hear just how pretty he sounds. I live for stuff like that. ❤️🙏🏻
Nothing short of amazing🎤🎵🎶

Why? What is there in such incredible vocals that you could possibly find a fault with?
I've loved this song since the first time I heard it. I'm now 57 and whenever this song comes on, it never crosses my mind to turn it off, turn it down, or skip to the next track.
Classic track, classic vocals.
This is the song that inspired me to become a singer. Whether or not that's a good thing for the world can be disputed, but my point is that Brad's voice had a life changing effect on me and, singers or not, just about everyone I've ever met who has heard this song.
Anyone who grew up in the late 70s had some vivid memories to go with this song... so sad... but now the angels have an incredible singer amongst them...
1:20 he sounds just like a guitar!! Incredible.
hahaa
Try 2:14 fool! No place for joking
Barry Goudreau guitar playing mimicked his vocals and vice versa
@@davidcowger1903 That’s Tom Scholz on guitar, Barry only played lead on Long Time and Let Me Take You Home Tonight, Tom wrote and recorded everything else.
@@cameronshapiro700 That high harmony is a guitar, not his voice.
Voice of an angel!
