- I love a pack that can do it all. Simple but super efficient. Top notch comfort and packs a punch! The ultimate whitetail hunters pack in my opinion. If you're on the fence about a new pack definitely watch this video before you buy!

Nice pack👍 I run a small pack for the same reasons you have explained. I'm running the Kuiu 1850 pro pack. Good luck out there🎯
I love my pop-up 28,I packed out a big public land doe with it last season and packing in my sticks and platform for saddle hunting is really nice with this pack! "Saddle hunters I highly recommend that you consider this pack"
Right on man!
Hi there, thanks a lot, after watching your review with detailed information and examples of use have bought it!
Bro you got me dead with that “that looks familiar”
This was the most informative video on this pack that I've found on UA-cam. Thank you
Awesome man! Thank you!
Keep the videos coming feller!!! Enjoying them!
Der yes der
Lookin to buy one of these and use it for saddle and for using it with my WindWalker stand. Luv the videos!
You'll love that pack n play! Probably my favorite piece of gear from a climbing stand point.
It's already so much nicer
Great video. Currently running an MR Pintler and have been looking at the popup 28 for something a bit more compact.
I ran a pintler last year. Both are good options. The pop up 28 is a bit more minimal though
Picked one up on camofire for 189, been eye balling and couldn't pass that price up. I will most likely use my C.A.Y.S. until all day sits start , then transition to this pack from then until end of season.
The Pop up 28 is the best mobile pack out there so far. Gotta have a frame. Gotta have a meatshelf. And gotta have storage and organization.
Great video as usual bro!
Imma have to make mine with a spin now. 😂
You nailed it bro
Just a heads up, the “pop up” feature is designed to help transfer weight off your back/shoulders. Will make hauling loads easier than using it with no load lift.
Right on!
I dig the video I subscribed Sir thank you
I appreciate you man!
Are you not using the Pintler anymore or is this just early season pack?
Switched to the pop up 28! Nothing wrong with the pintler though
Pintler or pop up 28 for saddle hunting? not a 1-stick hunter.. what are your thoughts? I’m thinking about putting a pinker bag on a pop up frame
I have a pop up 30 and a metcalf 50 I just got. Will probably use the pop up with the narrower frame unless it gets really late season and I need to pack in layers.
I will say the pop up is probably the best bet. The full size frame will probably be cumbersome in a tree.
And go for a solid color. Got a deal on the subalpine, and regret it. It’s hard to see the straps even up close on it.
can you attach a bow holder to it?
Might grab one of these for whitetail saddle hunting on sale, but im wondering what size did you get? Medium or large? Thanks!
Mine is a medium
I'm 5'8 and 175 with a 32 waist
@@do3outdoors741 thanks a bunch! Im 5’11 195 with 33” waist….wondering if large is the move or it would be too big. Should be okay id imagine from looking on the chart
Do you like the Popup 28 more then the Pintler you did a review of a year ago? I’m wondering if the Popup would be big enough for my Sitka Fanatic jacket when the temps drop?
OK so here's the deal I have the same jacket and I was also worried. I put my jacket in a waterproof bag and actually pack it to the frame, along with my stick. It works but the pintler would be better for layers for sure
@@do3outdoors741 thanks, I appreciate it!
Is that a leather Klein bag in the back of your truck?
It is. 13 years in the IBEW
That’s an awesome bag. I did electric work for a little over 15 yrs. I work for Trane now as a senior control technician. I’m actually working on the Tennessee/Kentucky border doing a big job at Obion County Schools. I’ve been up there for a little over a yr now. I noticed the Klein bag, I haven’t seen many leather ones like that. Keep up the hard work on the channel!
Just picked this up on sale for like $80 off. Was thinking hard about it but once I saw the sale I had to pull the trigger on it.
Heck yeah!
@@do3outdoors741 I've gotten to use it a bit and like it a lot. Carries well, plenty of space, doesn't even feel like it's there and you can really move pretty quickly if you need to with it on. Only things I don't like is the lack of organization and the material is really, really loud. I added a forager pouch to help with organizing.
I also use a Easton hinsch 700 framed lumbar pack. You can't hardly get them anymore and I just picked on up used for a backup.
If I'm not going very deep or have atv/truck access I'll use the hinsch anything else it's the pop up.
