These are not hateful questions! They are merely questions. Only you have the perception of hate. Why? I ask the question, why is your perception of hate? Where does that hate come from?

Everyone that sees these message are reading the comments and has it dawned on u it could have been after the seminar ? Judgmental behaviour is not the way here’s an exercises for u if u want to be self aware - notice & count how many times a day u think judgmental thoughts about others a day then do the same about how many negative thoughts u think per day , trust me u will have a massive epiphany that u need to change if u are a negative and judgmental person ...

So I'm thinking the Buddhist retinue of concentration IS clearing or emptying your mind. That is, empty your mind in order to have it be full once more. The Hindu vernacular is not so. I've studied the Bhavad Gita. Although I've learned that the Buddhist and Hindu pantheons have sort of a meeting of the minds in certain aspects of traditional teachings. To me, I don't follow any one religion religiously. I'm eclectic. I like having an eclectic mind. Not matter, I must admit, this man is astonishingly refreshing. You can see how full of amazing wisdom and impressive insight he has.

Julius R The difference is in the desired end result. The Buddhist objective is to let go of material distractions and leading a spiritual life. This guy talks about mental exercises to sharpen your mind for better overall experience of this life.

It is impossible to empty your mind. Only death can bring such peace. Concentration and focus is what he is teaching. Both concepts are the same, just in different context. Things dont have to be picked apart to be made complex. Find beauty in simplicity.

All of you who think you’re helping by giving the time stamp of where the meditation starts are doing the rest of us no favor. The first part helps explain why we want to do this type of thing. Believe me it’s not a compliment for any of us. And it’s worth hearing and knowing. Peace.
