- I took the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro out for a spin in San Francisco. The Scooter retails for about the equivalent of US$730, and features a 350W brushless motor (700W max power) that can go at a maximum speed of about 15.5 miles per hour (25 kilometer per hour) and a distance of 34 miles (55km).

7:19 I new that SF is a rough place but that Bird scooter was dismantled to the bones😁
🤣
Cool review Ben, good looking scooter...Unfortunately our stupid laws and Government in UK, still can't make up there mind to ride scooters on public roads :-( Hope you had a good Christmas, all the best in 2023 mate 🙂
I live in the UK too. ^all the above is true^ it's a huge shame.these scooters are ideal for me. I won't be using public scooters because of flu and colds. If the UK gvnt listened to public opinion people would change their ways of travel. The UK government crush people's scooters or take them away.......explain how eco friendly is that ?
@5:21, those are not the homes that were seen in Full House. The six homes called “The Painted Ladies” are located on Steiner street between Hayes and Groves streets
Soo Cool Ben👏👏👏! An excellent real world review with San Fransisco as the backdrop. The fact that the Xiaomi scooter can handle the ups and downs of SF, is a true testament of its capabilities.
Nicely done Sir👌👌👍. Happy New year's🎉🎊
this retails for 2799rmb, roughly 400usd, in china. very reasonably priced imo. the ninebot costs almost 300usd and is much more compact, but with only about 15 mile range on one full charge.
Nice to see you filming in the Bay Area!
I never would think of buying a scooter but that was pretty cool. Thanks for the review and info!
Happy New Year Ben and thanks for all the tech videos 👌👏👍🏾
Lol, love your honesty about the state of the roads in California and how we pay the most taxes if any other state yet have the worst roads. I've seen potholes in LA larger than the one you encountered that for sure this thing won't survive.
Appreciate all your hard work as always. Personally I can't see a scenario where a scooter makes sense over walking or driving. If I need to go somewhere that's too far or would take too long to walk then I would just drive since more than likely I wanna be as quick as possible and the only time this would be quicker than a car is if you live in a very traffic sense area which there are in LA but luckily that's not me. Also I'm not trying to increase my chances of dying trusting my life to idiotic drivers in LA, it's bad enough driving among them lol
Great review 👍,love your hard work.
Are you staying in the US or you going back to Hong Kong?
Salute, you survived BART
Great honest review! Thanks.
Looking forward for the good stuff [reviews] in 2023))
You should consider making news update videos to fill some gaps if you have the time to produce them. So just keeping people up to date on phone or other tech releases upcoming and such, maybe your opinion just for fun.
Love ur work man ❤
Nice scooter Benny
Still waiting for your Nothing Phone (1) full review!
Happy new year my friend 🥂 🍀
Ben, We want to see OnePlus 11?
Do you have any chance of getting it reviewed? Also, We want to see Motorola X40
Happy new year Ben 😊
Nice review
The maximum load for the pro 4 is 120kg = 264.5 Ibs...NOT 220 IBS
What are the Amazon best options?
US is the most indebted nation on earth.
People of USA and government is in debt ,not USA
@Subodh Yakkha that distinction will seem a bit hollow when the world wakes up and stops accepting those green pieces of paper.
I'm speechless to see the infra of the worlds no.1 economy nation...
@@gingerdude94 Green paper matters dude ,and well pretty sure almost every American is poor except america

The scooter got sport is better

1st view and 1st like
Ewww it's the SF BART system. Basically the polar opposite of public transport compared to Asian city rail systems you're used to. About this scooter though. You were too kind to it. It'll never make it up the real SF hills downtown.
Scooters are dangerous. Riding one night feel into a pot hole ended up fracturing my left wrist and had broke two of my ribs. Never ridingb a scooter again.
I'm sorry to hear. Yup need to be careful indeed
