That's a Sten MK5 fore grip, and while it uses many parts of a KP-44, it's probably more Thompson influenced than KP-44. I have another vid breaking it down on the bench; its unique.
That weapon has NOT seen the Finnish submachine gun M / 44. It's a damn poorly made replica and you can already see it from the barrel of the gun! Perhaps the "ish" in English refers to an Ishapore interpretation. Did you even look at the vid where it's broken down on the bench? You can clearly see the design is faithfully Churchill KP-44, regardless of the AR barrel.
