Nice find boss just subscribed to your channel. I hate when the injectors fail like that, because I haven’t found a way to test them. It’s basically just like you did, process of elimination.
Hi Omar I have the same problem no power thanks for the info I installed the injectors 6 years ago I replace the longblock 7 months ago now I have no power but it is giving me a code 3471 fmi 10 I have replace the doser injector and doser block injector and I did a regeneración and drove but no power still you gave me a good tip I'll remove the injectors and send it out to check. I get back to you with a answer thanks
They did a complete overhaul on our 2007 international 9200i…. On a flat road no problem but the slightest uphill man I think a 5yr old kid behind is gonna be ringing his little bell on the bike to get out of his way!! Lol and another major issue under the turbo it is completely covered in black soot please help🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😭
So my 2013 international maxforce there is no power but its not Regening so 🤷 I am gonna start with having my DPF HYDROCLEANED FIRST , what are your thoughts ?
Nope my didn’t throw any codes. And at idle vehicle ran and sound fine. Problem was when we were trying to take off and build speed. And even so No Check Engine Light whatsoever 😑
Do you have a turbo boost guage on the dash? I am having no power issue on mine. I have like 10-15 psi boost. Replaced Air Control Valve per tech's recommendation. Wastegate is being activated for no reason. I disconnected to air line to the waste gate actuator and truck has massive power and boost. Being careful to not boost over 40psi while i try to find out what sensor tells the ACV to open the waste gate. Any ideas?
Thank you sir! What other parts to do recommend replacing while changing out the injectors. Icp sensor, injector oil inlet adapter aka puck. Should I replace those as well?
No power, no boost , I change the fuel pump, change the turbo, then thought was the EGR , we bypass it Delete DEF and DPF still the same , truck take off fine from 1 to 5 gear and but take time to pick. Up on 6, 7 …gear some time and flat surface I can go over 55 or 60 but on any ramp slow down like crazy, even losing power going up hill I have to stop and put on 1st gear then 2nd to go , but other wise truck start fine every time

what year is your truck? i have a 2016 maxxforce durastar i believe its the 6.7L

Just make sure you’re not missing coolant, but to me sounds like Injectors. What truck, make, year?
