When I got my Tile Pros, they all had batteries a little bit on the low side (on the shelf for a while no doubt)...I decided to replace the CR2032 batteries all at the same time to get to the same baseline, plus a reminder to check them every 6 months. I reuse the ones I pulled in less critical things around the house. I do have the $30 Premium plan so they will send new batteries yearly (not why I got that plan, but still a slight benefit). *If* necessary I can replace the batteries twice a year with every other time being the "free" ones they send. Has anyone found the batteries going out before the 1-year mark? I think by my replacing the ones that came with it, they may be OK for a whole year but just curious.
Not sure if the $100 Premium Protect plan would be worth it in my case. It doesn't cover theft, and luggage loss or theft is covered by credit card I use. If I had an expensive car key fob (well past the $100 that Premium may cover) I might go for it.

Good luck opening up that back door. I spent 1/2 hour, and browsed the internet until I found this page. What helped is knowing that the door flips out, it doesn't slide down (like the instructions indicate). So, I was finally successful with a paper clip (scissors didn't help), though I suspect a razor blade might have worked. But, a fingernail is not likely to get you anywhere. However, trying to open the door on a new unit will make it play you some sounds. And they will repeat. Nicely annoying when you are trying to just open the dang battery door.

Yes, I put one in my luggage everytime. Since they have the longest tested range in the indrusty they are the most likey to connect on a plane to make sure the luggage is on board. What's your use case at a hotel? Understand they are bluetooth trackers and not a GPS tracker with cellular communication.
Setting up 4 of these to work with 2 phones, I have 2 cars and 2 sets of keys. I logged in to the same account on both phones. Having the tile ring the phones - it doesn’t always ring the phone you want to find. I guess the only way is to create an account for both phones and then set up the tiles for each phone you want to use it with.
I have a tile on my cat to find him when it's storming. We have a fenced yard but he hides under things and he's hard to find but I can ring him once and he comes out I scoop him up and put him in the house.
How about planting one remotely at a neighbors house or in a car and drive it away and showing how it can be located. THat would be much more valuable to see. "Track this 'N That"? You're not really tracking anything.
I actually find the simplicity of the tile very useful for something like your keys. I just bought one of the apple airbags but I wouldn't use that for my keys. I know it's low tech but sometimes that's what you need.
can you suggest a tracking device that can track items when not in blue tooth range? for example, if my electric scooter is stolen and I want to be able to track it, is there a device you can suggest? thanks
There are very few tracking devices that are designed for stolen items. Bluetooth trackers can be found by anyone with simply apps by a 5 year old. GPS tracker with cellular can also be easily found but at least you can get update in real-time (1 mintue or less) that doesn't rely on other people's phone being around. But once these trackers are found, they can be thrown out. These are the GPS trackers with celluar communication that I've reviewed - ua-cam.com/play/PLFsF_30Yizn8u_4tWOpcws8Cz1S1Rturr.html
Great video. I'm thinking of buying this for my check in luggage. Do you recommend I place this inside or outside my luggage? Will I he able to track it if it's inside my luggage?
The Tile Pro has the best range on the market, so I place mine inside my luggage when I fly. In 8 out of 10 flights, it connects while I'm in my seat and the luggage is in the plane's belly. However, it's important to understand what Bluetooth trackers can and cannot do, and that there are hundreds of factors that affect tracking and connection. For a better chance of staying connected, place the Tile Pro on the outside of your luggage.
@@NLMusique Exactly! Attaching the Tile to the outside of luggage carries the same risk of being lost as a regular luggage tag. I also know some people who use both-one for better range while seated, and another as a backup, in case the first one gets pulled off, so they can still track their luggage if it doesn’t make it onto the plane.
Please understand what these are and how they work. They are NOT GPS Trackers. They are bluetooth trackers so they have to connect to a phone with the Tile app running. Will your packages be within 30 feet of phone with the Tile app?
@TrackThisNThat quick question is this good for backpacks? I have a very expensive designer one I've saved for and of it gets stolen I will lose a expensive tile and bookbag with important folders.
We recently decided to buy trackers (after I recently misplaced my new Samsung earbuds2) and found your video today. Wow! You should work for Tile because, after watching this video, we're in! I have an Amazon Smile cart filling up! THANK YOU so much for being so thorough - we really appreciate it. Subscribed!
Thanks for the video. I understand the portion it'll only update if another Tile user is within Bluetooth range. Does that user have to be actively using the Tile app or just installed on their phone?
The last time I tested it, it needs to be installed and logged in if thats what you mean by actively. But if you define actively as on screen, it doesn't need to be on screen. However, if you force shut down the app, Tile will give you a warning to keep it running. However, my last testing of tracking it when forced closed, it still does, but understand that testing was done years ago and I think Tile gives us that warning cause phone software is ever changing and they really don't have control over it unless the app is running. I hope that makes sense. Also, in my testing you can use the reverese finding feature, even if you force shut down the app on your phone, but bluetooth has to been on and the you have to be signed into the app.
Most likely no! Could it work, sure, but someone would have to get close to the car, and who knows how long it takes for it to connect? If they are just passing by and the signal is not strong, it might not connect at all. Remember the car frame, body, glass, and everything else the car is made of will reduce the signal. Bluetooth trackers are made to find misplaced things and not lost or stolen things, although, sometimes it will work, but if you worried about something being lost or stolen, then get a GPS tracker with cellular communication. Plus, anything of high value, like a car, I always say to get a GPS Tracker. There are ones made specifically for cars. - ua-cam.com/video/GWIshP8mY9Y/v-deo.html
For best results put it on the outside of the luggage. Other Tile users will annoumously update the location when it gets within bluetooth range of their phone. I hope that answers your question.
I lost my keys and didn’t realize the software needed updating so wasn’t connect. However I see it is in my house. Anyway, I can find it using the indicated latitude and longitude to locate my keys?
I want to track luggage to be sure it makes it on the plane at a connecting flight. how does this work? don't want the tracker to ring if i access the app on my phone to verify my luggage is onboard.. So is there a way to assure it is onboard without ringing? is this tracker of value if i make it to my destination and luggage does not?
Yes, the Tile pro is the best at checking luggage on a plane since it has the longest range of any tracker I've tested. You can go into the tile app and see if it connects without ringing it. I do this all the time when I travel. Before we take off, I check the app. The one time it didn't work, it actually did, the luggage wasn't on board. When I got to the my destination, I tracked it and it went to the wrong airport. It got delivered to me, that evening. Understand though theses are Bluetooth trackers and not GPS tracker and it relies on other Tile users. So Tile users have to be within Bluetooth range to get an location update.
Yes, the Tile app is free for everybody. But if you want any of the premium features (smart alerts, unlimited sharing, location history, etc) they do charge.
Can you explain your question some more, I don't understand? For community feature at 1:20, its the Tile app thats on users phone. Its automatic and anonymous. There is nothing that a community user needs to do, and nothing for the Tile owner to do except to make it as lost so the system knows to notify you when another user gets within range.
@@TrackThisNThatTracking your tile on a map user interface is the main feature of the product. This is how you'd track like a stolen item or vehicle, for example.
@@NytronX Yes, there is some screens within the Tile app with a map but you really don't use it. Us Creators blur it out cause it shows our PRIVATE location cause thats where we are filming and where the Tile is located currently. Showing the actual map, adds no value to a viewer cause it looks like a normal map that everybody has seen and there are a lot of messed up people out there, so we are going to blur the current map. The map, is NOT the way you track an item! The map is just a visual to see the history (if you pay for the service) and to visually see the LAST location of the connection. The address of the most recent location and clicking on the directions will open up Apple or Google maps, is the way to find your lost item, NOT THE MAP in the Tile App. I hope that helps explain it. Also understand BLUETOOTH trackers, are not designed for STOLEN ITEMS! They are for misplace items.
NO! Bluetooth trackers do not have GPS or any way to communicate except for Bluetooth. GPS trackers with cellular communication sounds like what you are looking for. There are cheap ones on the market but you have to pay for the cellular connection plan so they cost more long term, but they are what you need it sounds like. amzn.to/3AclLnA or amzn.to/3wfnhE1 (affiliate links) Some come with a plan for a year or so and others don't so compare the plans long-term and not just the purchase price of the device.
I don't think it will work. I have a tile, and it shows the location 3 blocks from me. It doesn't show a precise location at all. I don't think it would be a good choice for a car or bike. I have it on a keyring, and so if my boyfriend keeps it in his pocket or leaves it in his vehicle, I can maybe make it chime. Better than nothing.
WIthout the paid premium service, you can only share your Tile with one other person. It can be share via email in the app. It's unlimited sharing with a paid premium service but understand the Tile can only connect to one device at a time.
The main reason i wanted this is when i forget my phone or wallet at home and go out but since this feature is premium and not included i will not buy this and look for the samsung smartag 2 instead.
This has the same technolgy as the Tile Sticker, but with longer range, replaceable battery, and a key ring hole. It's also way bigger. I hope that answers your question.
The Tile Pros are great, and that you can replace the battery is a huge plus. I also have a Slim Tile (non-replaceable battery) for my wallet but replacing it every three years is acceptable for that situation. I have them on/in my luggage items, my keys, and the Slim for my wallet. I also have one additional Tile Pro that I call my "free agent" which I can move to a different carry-around bag, etc. as the need fits, which is incredibly convenient. It is usually on my daily carry bag but if am stowing that in the car trunk and taking some things around from it in a mini-backpack, etc., then I just move the tag (which is on a wrist lanyard) as it can be quickly looped and unlooped to different bags. I also use their Tile QR Lost and Found labels on various things (I do wish they were a little cheaper). I might keep the Tile Pro inside a luggage's outer pocket if they are going to be in an aircraft (to protect the tile from damage). The outside of the bag has either a Tile QR sticker or a conventional luggsge tag ... both methods only have my email address (one not found in public searches) for security reasons.

@@TrackThisNThat - what about making a video about how to do it? Replace the batteries on them? So I can see in a year or so when I need to do it? How come there is no instruction on how to do it, you know?
It was shown on the screen when I mentioned the premium service. I think most people can buy their own $1 battery once a year. The cost of the monthly/year premium service is NOT justified!
I purchased the tile pro to put in my travel trailer to track if it would ever get stolen. I feel the tile is an expensive way to track it. Only a one time purchase and no subscription for cell service. As an experiment I put it in my wife’s car. I was pleasantly surprised when it located the tile and her car when she ran some errands. It’s not real time but for the price I think it will give me some peace of mind knowing I can maybe find my trailer if it’s stolen. It's cool that the app reports the number of member in your area.
New to this, can I use it to track my luggage to make sure they did load it on the plane on time. Or which one would be the best one to get, I leave this week so if I order on Amazon it won't be here on time and seeing if anyone here knows which one would be a good one to get if I were to go to Best buy, I'm paying for Amazon prime and everything now takes almost a week to get here versus when I would get everything within two days, hopefully someone can let me know which one would be a good one to get right away and I can track my check in luggage, thank you
Yes, I have used a Tile Pro to make sure my luggage is on the plane. Don't go for the Tile Mate, only the Pro! It has the best chance to connect while you are sitting on the plane. You want to check before you pull back but to be honest theres nothing you can do if it doesn't show up. But if you get to the destination and its not there, other Tile users can help report the location annoumously. AirTags are better if you have iPhone, but you need to make sure the Airtag is attached to the outside of the luggage cause it doesn't have the best range. But its better at finding misplace/lost stuff since every iphone user can annoumously report the location.
No use as a real time tracker, I put one on my dog’s collar and walked around the block with my Bluetooth phone and when I got home it said my dog was still half around the block even though we were both home , I put one on my daughters school bag as she has a Samsung phone and I can’t see where she is on my apple phone when she walks home so I could see she is safe but even though it is well within Bluetooth range of her phone it lags on the app so bad she was home and the app said she was far down the road. Probably good for if you drop your keys in a field and they don’t move but moving stuff can’t be tracked in real time like you can track on “ find my phone” on an iphone. I requested a refund as pretty useless for what I wanted it to do.
What is the difference besides a different shape 👀🤦♂️. All that extra money just for a different shape it's not worth it. No new features 🙄 . Allegedly
Got 2 tile pros and am a little disappointed. The range indoors is poor, the volume is nowhere near 100db but worse than both these is the battery drain on your phone which is far too high.
100db is a chainsaw. I don't expect it to be that loud. I don't want to wake up neighbors. My tile pro 2022 is a smidge lower volume than my Samsung Smarttag but both are plenty loud enough for me. Both are much louder than Airtag and both have much higher bluetooth range than the AirTag which is only 30 feet. When I did comparison test between loudness, I put the the tile pro 2022 button side up and that actually muffles the speaker holes so it will sound louder if you put the speaker holes facing up. I put both trackers at the back of my backyard and I can clearly hear them both and I was pretty far away. I can definitely hear either tracker in my house.
Battery drain might be your phone battery is getting old ; and as well if you run loads of apps with background data running it drains your phone battery
It's not about the contact or close contact with radio frequencies or batteries. It's about the assumption and ignorance of people thinking these will help you find your lost pet. These are NOT GPS trackers with cellular; these are Bluetooth trackers with NO other way to communicate except via Bluetooth. They don't even have a GPS chip. *When pets are lost, they tend to stay away from people*, so a Bluetooth tracker won't help in most cases, and people need to take responsibility for the pets and not believe these $30 trackers will help them. Sure there is a chance and exceptions, but promoting these for pets, it does more harm than good because people don't understand the product! It just helps the company's bottom line. Rather it's a better idea to get a pet GPS tracker. GPS trackers with a cellular plan, update more often and some even in real-time, but Bluetooth trackers could take up 15-30 minutes even when in the range of Tile users. Once you have a pet GPS Tracker, and a normal dog tag (with phone number) you can then use a Bluetooth tracke, in addition, to help find a sleeping or hard-of-hearing pet around the house, then that's ok. But I will continue to say do not use these on Pets because I love your pet more than your money. Here is a video I did on it - ua-cam.com/video/x-jceoIVYO8/v-deo.html
That is not true. The new tile pro has double the range of the original tile. It also has a replaceable battery where the original one had a built-in non-replaceable battery. Also, the ring or audio sound is louder than the previous generation.
Yep! It's bigger in one direction and shorter in the other so it's kinda a wash. But I thought it was too big at first too. There is always other options if youre looking for a bluetooth tracker with a replaceable battery.
Unless google makes it's os native then it's pretty much useless compared to apples design where by every iphone is forced to cooperate and ping. Waiting for goofle to step up. I think they are working out how to monitize it to the max.
hey J S 1. a thief will just throw the entire thing away if found so why inconvenience the owner with a screw? 2. Bluetooth trackers are not designed for lost/stolen items. Sure people do get lucky but Bluetooth trackers are designed for misplaced items only! They do not have GPS, nor any other way to communicate except Bluetooth. They do not have a connection to cell towers or anything else to communicate long-range. Just Bluetooth.
@@TrackThisNThat you're right about that,bi was thinking of glueing it to the bike with a strong adhesive like did with the boomerang gps i have then just charge the battery (or replace since it's Tile) i should've led with that lol... i always glue my GPS's.
Nice thing. Problem is that I have never even heard about this brand, never seen anyone having/using it, so chances that I'm gonna find something lost or stolen are slim to none. On the other hand, Samsung's Galaxy Smarttag only requires a Samsung Galaxy phone nearby, which is infinitely more likely to happen, given that pretty much two brands dominate the smartphone market, and one of them is indeed Samsung... So I don't really know what the creators of this gadget had in mind, because unless they sell something extremely good for literally dirt cheap, they won't stand a chance of penetrating the market with this. And it isn't cheap - price is on par with that of Samsung and Apple, so again, quite pointless to buy it...
Actually, Tile was one of the first brands in this category, emerging around 2014, perhaps even in 2013. There were a few brands before that, but Tile became one of the leaders until the introduction of AirTag. Tile is compatible with virtually any phone, provided the user downloads the Tile app, whereas Samsung's SmartTag is relatively new, having been launched just a few years ago. However, as you mentioned, the number of users from Samsung could easily surpass Tile users overnight. But it's important to understand that the primary purpose of a Bluetooth tracker is not the community aspect. Its main function is to help users find misplaced items around their home, car, office, etc. The community feature is secondary to finding misplaced things around the house. With that said, Google has announced 'Android Find My,' and Tile will be part of 'Android Find My.' Upon launch, Tile will probably gain access to the largest community worldwide, along with all other 'Android Find My' trackers brands. Samsung might join as well, but it's likely that all brands will need to release a new tracker for this new community. The details are still uncertain at this point. Some brands are already offering pre-orders for their 'Android Find My' version. The great thing about the current Tile Pro on the market is that it's one of the loudest and has one of the longest bluetooth ranges available. For those who want to easily connect to and "hear" their tracker within their home, the Tile Pro offers the best chance. I've also reviewed the newest Samsung SmartTag 2, and it's pretty impressive too. Check it out if you haven't already: ua-cam.com/video/uNORAc8qb5U/v-deo.html
What would that do? Is there a cell phone in the hole with the tile app? Nobody is around within 30 feet so it would give the owner false hope because people think they are GPS trackers. When pets are lost, they stay away from people. The ones that don't would be caught and most dogs have owner's numbers on their dog tags. If people care about their pet enough, they should have GPS trackers, but you're right a Bluetooth tracker is better and nothing but most people don't understand what they are so I can't recommend them for pets.
Cause it relies on people being close to the pet and it doesn't update fast enough. There are dedicated GPS trackers for pets that are designed for pets. ua-cam.com/video/x-jceoIVYO8/v-deo.html
@alam alam To each their own. Its good but it only works with galaxy phones with smartthings installed so they limit their community, but otherwise it's pretty good.
But isn't there higher chance of getting galaxy users to help locate luggage etc than tile users? Especially when traveling to Asian, Caribbean countries?
Garbage. Does not work as advertised. 1) Range is not as near as advertised (20m max vs 120m advertised). 2) Tile Cannot locate my phone (after I double press the button on it). I did everything possible (resetting, reinstall the app, all troubleshooting...) - it did not fix the issue. It did work first time only; when installed it. Never again after, even though I did not change the settings. I have bought 4 of them - the same issue on all 4?? 3) Poor customer service: The customer service appears to care more about the subscription than how to help me with their product that does not work as advertised. 4) I have asked them to advice me on how to retrurn the product (after a week of purchase) - they did not answered the question. Instead they tried to advise me on how to do troubleshooting?? I am returning it! Or just throwing in the garbage if they are stubborn and does not except it. (I have ordered directly from the seller, in USA).
They're junk don't waste your money! I bought a tile mate and it worked until I added a tile pro 2022 and activated it now neither of them work. I have a truck that I've not driven in 10 years in my driveway when I asked Google assistant to locate my truck she said it was parked at an address across the street in a parking lot, when I asked her to locate my other vehicle she showed me a picture of a vehicle that isn't even mine driving down the street, I'm in bed, both of my vehicles are parked in my driveway And the tile app didn't locate either of my vehicle where they actually are.either!
It's completely the reverse. I care too much about them and making people think these will help you find your pet in timely fashion will only hurt the pets and people will get false security when it was never there in the first place. I've been reviewing bluetooth trackers since the early days and most people still think they are GPS tracker. THEY ARE NOT GPS TRACKERS. A lot of pets tend to stay away from people when they are scared and lost, thus a bluetooth tracker won't work cause they don't come in within bluetooth range of a TILE APP USER. Thus giving people false security will lead to people not doing what they need to be doing and thats watching their pet. But I understand things happen and that's why I always recommend a GPS Pet tracker with cellular communication. Yes, its more expensive, requirement monthly/yearly fees, and a little work charging up the battery every few weeks, but aren't are pets are worth it? I think so!
@@TrackThisNThat So its not better than nothing? Lol no, its the exact opposite. A bluetooth tracker is better than nothing, hands down. Especially for the price. Then there's also people who will actually straight up steal your pet. Not saying its as good as GPS, obviously, but anything is better than nothing. Obviously.
@@Steve-hu8px Of course, but the masses don't understand it and they are not willing to learn about it and in my hearts of hearts, I can't recommend them for pets. I rather say, it's not good for pets so people look for a "better" option" and if they do some work and understand what these are and what they are not, then it's ok. I'm not going to give people false security so some company can make a buck. There's nothing for stolen pets or items.

If someone kesters this ? will it still work? can you do a video on this to find out?
Would this work for luggage tracking for example on planes and in hotels?
That's because each Tile can only connect to one phone at time. Normally it will connect to the closer one or the one with the better signal.
Do the network of tile users need to have their Bluetooth on for it to work/locate?
I have a tile on my cat to find him when it's storming. We have a fenced yard but he hides under things and he's hard to find but I can ring him once and he comes out I scoop him up and put him in the house.
How about planting one remotely at a neighbors house or in a car and drive it away and showing how it can be located. THat would be much more valuable to see. "Track this 'N That"? You're not really tracking anything.
I actually find the simplicity of the tile very useful for something like your keys. I just bought one of the apple airbags but I wouldn't use that for my keys. I know it's low tech but sometimes that's what you need.
Yeah that's what I wanted to see
Great video mate. Very well explained.
Thank you. I appreciate you watching and commenting.
Can I give my old tile to someone, will they be able to use it or is it just connected to my phone?
Yes, remove it from you account first. If you have trouble, contact their support.
So smart alert shows a location like say for instance i have it in a bag and someone steals it. It will show where the person took it to?
No, bluetooth trackers ARE NOT for stolen items!
can you suggest a tracking device that can track items when not in blue tooth range? for example, if my electric scooter is stolen and I want to be able to track it, is there a device you can suggest?
Do you think this can pick up and ring thru drywall?
Sure, it can proubally do an entire floor or two on an avg size home.
@@TrackThisNThat thank you. I feel if I place it outside, there is a chance of it being lost easily
@@NLMusique When's the last time your luggage tag was lost?
@@TrackThisNThat No, it didn't
@@NLMusique Exactly! Attaching the Tile to the outside of luggage carries the same risk of being lost as a regular luggage tag. I also know some people who use both-one for better range while seated, and another as a backup, in case the first one gets pulled off, so they can still track their luggage if it doesn’t make it onto the plane.
Can it be used to track my packages by adding it in a moving box when I move?
Subscribed!
Glad I could help!
Samsung earbuds 2 has a tracking function, so you probably did not misplace it, but instead lost it...
I'm sold ❤️
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for making this video!
Youre welcome.
So if I want to leave this in a vehicle that's miles away other people's signal can help me pick my signal up right? Want to use this in rental cars
How would this do for misplaced luggage in an airport? Like if it was sent to or left at a different airport?
For best results put it on the outside of the luggage. Other Tile users will annoumously update the location when it gets within bluetooth range of their phone. I hope that answers your question.
How to shut down Tile? No information on web about it. Want to save battery if no use. Thanks
You can’t!
I lost my keys and didn’t realize the software needed updating so wasn’t connect. However I see it is in my house. Anyway, I can find it using the indicated latitude and longitude to locate my keys?
If its in your house, the only way to find it, is to ring it and listen for it. Remember these are bluetooth trackers, not GPS trackers.
Is there a free download for Apple?
Yes, the Tile app is free for everybody. But if you want any of the premium features (smart alerts, unlimited sharing, location history, etc) they do charge.
1:20 - What is the UI for this? Is it a map? Why does literally no videos on the Tile show the actual main feature of the product?
If I got this for my motorcycle and got the premium plan. Can I GPS track it ?
Better than nothing.
for example, can the tile be used by others? and how to activate it
WIthout the paid premium service, you can only share your Tile with one other person. It can be share via email in the app. It's unlimited sharing with a paid premium service but understand the Tile can only connect to one device at a time.
@@TrackThisNThat thank you.

With a lot of luck and time. The location doesn't update unless another Tile user is within Bluetooth range.

does this do the visual track like the sticker?
This has the same technolgy as the Tile Sticker, but with longer range, replaceable battery, and a key ring hole. It's also way bigger. I hope that answers your question.
As someone with adhd I need this lol
They are a life saver. I use Bluetooth trackers on everything.

I got it figured out. How do you stop your phone from keep ringing after you’ve found it?
Clear the notification on your phone
I purchased the tile pro to put in my travel trailer to track if it would ever get stolen. I feel the tile is an expensive way to track it. Only a one time purchase and no subscription for cell service. As an experiment I put it in my wife’s car. I was pleasantly surprised when it located the tile and her car when she ran some errands. It’s not real time but for the price I think it will give me some peace of mind knowing I can maybe find my trailer if it’s stolen. It's cool that the app reports the number of member in your area.
Please do not use these for "stolen" items! In real life, its less than 1% chance of find it.
Your stolen trailer will need to be within 400 feet for you to find it!!!! Highly unlikely
Do I have to pay a yearly fee?
No, it's an optional premium plan.

Turn off Bluetooth when you don't need it
Why I am full on Bluetooth devices ( phone, watch, earbuds, tile on keys) and it is not good for my pets?😂
There's no point in getting the new one. It's a new shape but it's the same range same features

I did a video explain why not - ua-cam.com/video/x-jceoIVYO8/v-deo.html
So they made the original pro bigger and made the other's battery not replace by the user? It's too big.

🤔So a thief can just quickly remove the battery? no small special screw to buy some time? "Thanks Tile creators... real smart."😒
hey J S 1. a thief will just throw the entire thing away if found so why inconvenience the owner with a screw?

Check it out if you haven't already: ua-cam.com/video/uNORAc8qb5U/v-deo.html
hmmm
putting on a dog would be better than having nothing. say you had a small dog that could have gone down a hole in the ground etc
Tile community is not dependable for reporting in your tile. air tag is best.
Yeah, they have good size community but not in comparison to Apple's Find My network.
Why not on pets?
Cause it relies on people being close to the pet and it doesn't update fast enough. There are dedicated GPS trackers for pets that are designed for pets. ua-cam.com/video/x-jceoIVYO8/v-deo.html

@david john tough I don't think it's hard. Just take a coin and put it into the slit and twist. It pops right open without damage.
You dont want to see this on pets, so why not? You didn't even give a reason.
That would make the video way too long. Instead for people who want to know why, I did a specific video - ua-cam.com/video/x-jceoIVYO8/v-deo.html
So its trash no one has tile lol unlike Samsung when it uses phones
They're junk don't waste your money! I bought a tile mate and it worked until I added a tile pro 2022 and activated it now neither of them work. I have a truck that I've not driven in 10 years in my driveway when I asked Google assistant to locate my truck she said it was parked at an address across the street in a parking lot, when I asked her to locate my other vehicle she showed me a picture of a vehicle that isn't even mine driving down the street, I'm in bed, both of my vehicles are parked in my driveway
And the tile app didn't locate either of my vehicle where they actually are.either!
Do you not care about dogs or "living beings" or something? You do realize this can save a living beings life, right? K.
Need subscruption. Stay far far away from it
