Can a Scientist be held liable under Rylands V Fletcher if his apprentice came to the lab where all sorts of chemicals are kept without the knowledge of the Scientist and then cause chemical gases to leak into the surrounding houses within a residential neighbourhood and cause damage to health?

Apprentice shall be.. for not informing what he did during his visit to scientist's lab
