Why I hate Intel 4790K - Overclock to Only 6.2GHz Due to Bad Scaling

There's probably a batch that's uber shit on air but scales normal on LN2 and hence goes above 6.2. But, is it worth to go through thousands of 4x90K just to find it?

I feel like the 2700k & 3770k were surprising to oc on air then* it sucked again until kaby lake (7700k)
