There is no size or creel limit on HR anymore. Used to be 20/8in like the rest of the state, but since the lake was overpopulated, they removed the restriction.
When tying your dropper loops I noticed that you slid the hooks onto the line point down. Is that how you always do it? Does it impact which way the hook eventually stands.
