Hey Jason, thanks for fish prep recipe you shared on this video. I had gotten lazy and just using house Audry breading and a Fry Daddy. Just wasn’t satisfied with the outcome. Anyhow I used your butter milk and egg dip then battered with Zataran and brought out the old cast iron pot and tripod cooker………Man what a difference. Again, thanks for the push to “doing it right”. Best Crappie we have eaten in a long time!😊
