Description:
1. High Performance: With 5 brightness levels available (2 lighting modes in total---gear mode and flashing mode), this small flashlight can meet most lighting needs in our daily life. It reaches 3000 lumens at its maximum and delivers beam shots up to 142 meters away. A reliable companion for camping, hiking, adventuring, power outages, and emergencies.
2. Unique Concave Switch: This powerful LED features a concave circular electric switch on the side. The circular shape fits your thumb perfectly, making it comfortable to click. Additionally, the unique concave design effectively reduces the chance of accidental activation when carried in your pocket or backpack.
3. Type-C Rechargeable and Long-Lasting: Built with a Type-C charging port, the EDC flashlight is compatible with many other devices, making it easy to recharge. Its 21700 5000mAh battery keeps it on duty for 50 hours in Low mode (30 lumens), so you won’t be left in darkness anymore!
4. Durable and Reliable: Durably constructed with IP68 water resistance and an AL6061-T6 material body, the flashlight is able to withstand rough conditions and harsh environments. Whether you are caught in the rain, hit it to a rock, or take it hiking through bush and brush, the SC29 resists impact from water, splash water, dust, and drops. It shines brightly without a scratch.
5. Manual Lockout: The small light meets both the needs of security and users who aren't fans of automatic lockout. When put the light in your backpack for backup, you can manually lock the flashlight with three clicks to prevent accidental activations. Also, disable the function when there is a need for lighting, so you may access the desired brightness level quickly.

Sofirn is becoming another interesting light manufacturer. I recently order an SC13 18350 EDC light for my backpack to check out because of the Fesnel lens that it comes with. It's nothing super special but it's definately small and handy for a backpack light. It would be great if they would send you one for testing but I'm sure they just give you whatever to test and can't request a model.
I like it but being able to Turbo off if accessed from off and not on throws me big time.
Yeah that is a good feature I'll test it on the sc13 when it comes in. It's the same nice and simple interface.@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV
I had to give this a thumbs up just for the intro.
That being said I like the interesting style and consistency of your reviews. This review in particular has convinced me that this particular torch is not for me. I would rather pay extra for the floodier beam and higher CRI of a couple of the alternatives.
Thank You and keep it up 👍
Out of the many lights I frequently grab my Sofirn SC18. I use it a lot! I paid $19.59. USD for it. Happy with the build quality.
Well... time to listen to the 1978 musical version of War of the Worlds again, and possibly buy another Sofirn I definitely don't need. Excellent video as always! While it isn't a total deal breaker for me, I agree that not being able to switch Sofirn's lights off directly from turbo is definitely annoying. Maybe they'll release a "Pro" version of the same light that features the Anduril UI, and could thus be switched off from turbo.
It's the fact you can turn Turbo straight off if you access Turbo from off. That throws me. I tap for off and put it in my pocket, still on, every time!
@FLASHAHOLIC_TV Ah, yes. That only makes it even more confusing. I wonder what in the world they were thinking.
@FLASHAHOLIC_TV In my humble opinion, they still offer some of the best value in the flashlight market at the moment, even with that weird UI quirk. Because of said quirk, I do tend to like their Anduril lights a little more than the models that feature the standard Sofirn UI.
@MangustificationGaming Amutorch use a similar UI. Tap for on, hold for off, can't go off from Turbo every time etc. Gets me every time.
I know they discussed disabling off from Turbo on Anduril II at one point, I argued vehemently to stop it
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV Agreed, that would have been a terrible change.
my favourite kind of flashlight, smooth flood, small and powerful
That s a really dangerous place! Great job, fun and practicality together.
Very nuce light for the money thank you
Beautiful beam! 😯
Great review. Thanks man
That reflector is similar to a Ledil ‘Boom’ style reflector, which has been out for a very, very long time. Don't see them very often though.
Le réglage de la luminosité est top sombre comparé à avant....
Might one enquire where the opening quote came from Sci Fi book movie or game ?

Someone on Reddit said XHP 50.3 HI R9050 is 30-50% energy efficient at higher output than 519A R9080 is that true?
Probably, high CRI lights generate more heat than light, lol, but look lovely.
But in this light we have 3V led version - so poor efficient driver also.
In 70 CRI or lower in 5700K or 6500K only.
Unfortunately.
helo man! what means the ''1C'' discharge on bateries?; i see some Doublepow battery in Ali [4500mah/26650] but when i aks them they reapeat just say ''1C''; i mean what means this in Ampers! aka the max cont disch? somebody knows??
ntg that 3000 lumens look very disappointing it does not feel like 3000
some 1800/2000 lumens FL look brighter than this
Watch the vid on an HDR device!
How does the SC29 compare to the IF25A? I don't understand the naming of Sofirn lights, how is an IF supposed to be different to an SC etc?
I prefer the IF due to the less confusing Turbo operation.
