Red River Gorge currently has a backcountry parking pass allowing camping within exceptions and rules. Unfortunately overcrowding and growth is causing that to be changed to designated reservation sites only over the next few years.
My XJ sits at about 7’-4” to the top of my spare tire sitting on top. I’m not sure life or size of the truck in front of me. I’m running 33s on 6” of lift on my XJ.
Looks like a lot of fun , any good dispersed camping area there?

What size lift, and tires? Keep seeing that tree at the start and wondering if my F150 with a 6" lift and 35's will fit

Be sure to checkout Pumpkin Hollow as well.
Also, check your route: the bridge over Cane Creek on 599 is closed. If coming from the South, you will need to enter from Nada instead of Stanton.
Have you done coldiron frk yet it’s rough
I’m not sure. I’ll have to look it up.
Yep! Looks like we hit Cold Iron Fork last July
