@@thedigitalimagingchannel I used to know how to Use microfiche when I was 16 years old back in 1982 at Alameda Naval Air Station in Northern California.

Thanks for the video! Besides storage - how one handles the film is very important. Avoid touching the images on the film with ungloved fingers as you will leave fingerprints on those images from the oil on your fingertips. Wear white cotton gloves to avoid those issues.

Appreciate the comment! We've worked on plenty of projects where white gloves are required, always makes it more interesting.

Hey Danny, glad that our video conjured up some (hopefully happy!) memories of using microfiche. It's definitely come a long way since 1982.

Hi Sir may we ask if what is the difference between Kodak 2400DSV-E to microfiche?
    Thank you.

Hi there, the 2400 is a hardware unit designed to read/scan/print microfiche. Microfiche sheets are the actual units that contain images and and data.

This is affordable magazine publishing or newspapers for light , clean and increase profit and information integrity..we can use microfilm as small as haft after finger nail on a roll and one month 100 magazine title on one roll easily or 100 e book also possible or video could be stored entire Hollywood all archive in a room size of dining room

Hi John, we mention a few in another of our videos here: ua-cam.com/video/JjhWWt58D6I/v-deo.html. You might want to check out scanning your microfiche, depending on your situation (we cover that in the video, too!).
