Need more mufti cops out on the roads. People generally behave themselves if they see a cop car, but mufti cars can come in all shapes, sizes, models etc - and not so many people know what they look like.
Nothing wrong with the overtake at all as we mentioned in description Ken. The car was ultimately speeding nevertheless, to perform the o'take and was pulled over!
@@Allangulon Is there a state where you can exceed the limit to effect an over take? I think that's in the range of police discretion which NSW and VIC highway patrol mostly don't exercise. which can be a bit counter to the idea of reasonably getting back onto the correct side of the road. It does look like old mate didn't slow it down after the over take.

2nd clip. What did the small silver car do wrong? 4WD behind it crossed the double lines, but unless small car was speeding, seemed okay to me.

Are they not allowed to go 10 over in order to pass cleanly in that state?
@@Allangulon Nope. Not here. If you go 10 over to get past someone, then they'll argue they were doing the limit, and no need to pass them.
