Really now, sampling in mono is no longer possible with a stereo sampler?
In any case, can you convert stereosamples to mono in Digitakt? In any case, can you choose which channel L/R you want to keep after the sampling? If that doesn't work and I have to send my monosamples via the computer to the Digitakt , I'll send the sampler back. I got it yesterday and just connected it. Wanted to sample, in mono, didn't work. I turned off the box right away. Dude, I was so looking forward to the new Digitakt, love his little brother, but so... Not with me

Right when you think you're good, electron is there like "surprise!" - don't know what is the appropriate reaction: excitement or fear for my wallets lifespan. Anyway: a new era has started? Of all the devices I own, digitakt is my favorite. Chances are quite high that mkii is going to join my list. Thank you.

Not exactly it's more like a preset. Not sure I'm convinced on how they work. Need to enable perform mode to keep the kit from resetting on pattern change.

@@iamjamessmith I mean you would have to ask when they make a special edition version of mk1 just a few weeks before a new updated version is released that makes mk1 unrelevant. Obviusly they knew it and still went and basicly f*ckd the buyers of the e25 version. For example chase bliss just made the condor mk2 and allowed buyers of mk1 to swap it for mk2 for free.
@@arunningjourney1460 They would have made it clear on rollout if the E25 was swappable. I'd say you're out of luck.
@@iamjamessmith More of a point out to them. Its not to late for them. But i highly doubt it as well considering they did realease it.. They could have put their efffort into finishing the mk2 for the e25 release. But bottomline i dont think they care at all, probably they are just trying to milk the most money they can from their customers.

I just recently bought your "new" 25th anniversary metallic Digitakt, and now you are selling stereo Digitakt with lots of new features for the same price, f-ng unbelievable.
I love the Digitakt, but the fact that you make the same marketing strategy as Polyend with their Play grooveboxes making me feel very sad

Did you even know that your gear is pretty expensive (especially for the 3rd world countries), and it's really hard to update mono Digitakt to stereo Digitakt as no one will ever want them

All samples are converted to 16/48 this is a deal breaker for me the first thing they had to address and they haven't done it drip feeding tech conspiracy.😫

Elektron for me lose the magic and now look like apple every year new phone just more modulation more fx , more filter exactly the same nothing new or revolutionary just another product to make money because you are too lazy to create something new !

Why they need to create new product for more filter and and fx? And do not make just software update ! They just want only to make money this is the biggest problems ! They do not care for the people which use elektron !
