Wow thank you so much ladies for coming to Madonna’s defence! Indeed she has contributed so much to humanity and equality recognition over the decades it is crazy to see her being criticised unnecessarily just because we have this thing called social media. I agree Madonna is all about positivity and strength. I sure hope she saw this interview herself coz you are just so on point. She is iconic performer and personality. You ladies are incredible Donna and Nikki! This is great interview

Frankly I watched her Superbowl performance years ago and was concerned for her. For this tour at this point in her life I do wish it was more glamorous and maybe involved less dancing and putting on a show like she used to and more on singing and connecting with audiences and celebrating nostalgia. But that's my taste and wishful thinking.

I HATE when people say she shouldn’t do Something because of her age, Really? She’s a performer, do they want her knitting in a rocking chair in her videos? For me, it’s not about all the sexy stuff, she’s always done that, but since about 2015 her behaviour has become more & more odd, like she’s having some sort of Amanda Bynes mental breakdown. I Love that’s she’s toned it down since she’s since recovering from the illness, because she constantly talks about not wanting to repeat herself & that’s all she seems to do now. The grillz, the leather caps, she never used to repeat herself & now it’s the Same thing over & over & over & over again.

There’s always a sacrifice of some sort. Money, love and time seem to be the most common. No matter how rich you are, we all only get the same 24 hours each day, so in choosing where to put our attention, we make sacrifices. Of course with the backlash she was all in with the victim narrative how thats ageism and sexism. Its not. No one has an issue with her age more than herself. The ageist critics of Madonna are stupid but there is absolutely NO reasons why Madonna has benefited such insane glory her entire life. Everything that made her iconic is the work of somebody else. Let that sink in.
She’s just a product of insane visual propaganda at the golden age of 80s MTV. Her image was bombarded non stop and got into the skull of very young impressionable people with million dollars budget PR campaign. She doesn’t write her music nor designs her clothes nor direct her music videos … she was just ambitious and was here at the right time at the right place. There’s absolutely no reason for the world to be particularly respectful to her. She didn’t bring anything to the world she took more than she gave. We don’t have to be “grateful that we have her” and people have the right to express their opinions about her.
