The stitch length allows me to go forward but not backward to a 1.0. I hit the reverse level but does not allow me to go below 2.5. Do I need to get the screw driver to loosen the stitch length?
the screws to the face plate is extra tight from the vendor. can i use an electric screwdriver to loosen it? The vendor said not to, but they tighten the screws too tight.

Hello, My new DDL-5550N (purchased new in June) has just stopped moving thread through the tension discs. I have threaded it repeatedly thinking it was just threaded incorrectly, but I get three stitches and the thread breaks. The tension is backed all the way off. When the tension is tightened, I get the same problem OR with Nylon T69 thread it won’t pick up the bottom thread and just clumps and eats under the fabric. Can you help me please?
I have the ddl 8700 my knob works opposite how can I fix that? Also the reverse bar moves when I turn the knob. Can you do a video please? Thank you! & great videos!

Can you tell me what size motor v- belt for industrial sewing machine juki DDL-550on because bobbin winder not working , I thinks cause belt has stretch, I want order new motor v belt , if possible , you can make a video about how to replace the belt
The belt size for a DDL-5550N with a clutch motor is 41". With a standard servo motor it is 39". This will depend on where the motor holes are drilled and also the motor's pulley size. Different motor brands matter too. When I have some free time I can make you that video.
Hi. I have a JUKI ddl 5550 model. I accidentally touched what is called a eccentric synchronizer. Do you have any videos of how to adjust timing of eccentric synchronizer. My Sewing Machine is already a mess. I adjusted many parts already mainly the feed dog system. I found vidoes of eccentric synchronizer in UA-cam but they are all in spanish. I dont understand the explanations they are trying to teach. I would really appreciate if you have any videos for it. Thank you very much.
I doubt it's the speed. What needle class are you using? The DDL-8700 and DDL-5550N use DBx1. The DDL-8700H used DPx5. If you are using the correct needle class and still breaking needles, your machine may be out of time.

It requires some push of machine's pulley.
What can be the problem?

We do not. Did you check the fuse on the motor switch? Check the brushes on your motor too.

Check to see if your feed dog is hitting the needle plate.
my belt is scrapping against the belt gaurd sooooo annoying i ajusted it so many times

Adjust the motor's position, move it apart from the sewing machine and it create tension for the belt.
