Goshen, IN Modulator 4016 Reduced Power Test - 8/1/19

Here is a drone shot of Goshen's Mod. They run it at only about 25% power for the weekly test, but it blares at full volume for warnings and actually plays a recording of a Model A. Sirens in Elkhart county are tested every Thursday at 2pm.
