    I've budget for m1 should I buy it , will the software needed to work on vlsi are compatible for it or it will be difficult to run on it also some of them software are paid I'm confused i should go for mac or windows @Singh-Rajveer

    • @Singh-Rajveer
      @Singh-Rajveer  7 днів тому

      Actually, I also bought M1 after my academics was done. As it is tough to install free software on Mac. Also, You won't be buying any paid vlsi tools because those are so costly. Your college lab would provide these tools to work.
      As far as basic vlsi learning like practicing verilog, installing xilinx vivado basic version is conveniently possible on mac. But if you are thinking of installing cracked software then it is comparatively tough from windows. Installation of cracked software is not recommended as well.

    4. Lenovo Ideapad Slim3, Intel, i7-1255U
    this you gave in description is ok because it is u series
    can I consider this?

    • @Singh-Rajveer
      @Singh-Rajveer  7 місяців тому

      I provided this in description as it was available in comparatively lower price while other companies have higher price for same prices.
      So, Description links are given such that they are best option in that particular price range including all other aspects as well such that RAM, SSD, screen quality etc.
      And Yes, For student purposes you won't feel problem due to i7 U series Processor.

    hello, im going to be doing eletrical and computer systems engineering, do you think i will need dedicated gpu? or can i just use intergrated from radeon and iris xe for laptop

    • @Singh-Rajveer
      @Singh-Rajveer  7 місяців тому

      No need for a specific GPU , if the goal is study purposes only.
      But, If you wish to play games, content creation etc then specific gpu would be required.
      Even if you install MATLAB type software, then also integrated gpu would handle it

    sir I completed my graduation in 3tier college in 2017yr and did Mtech in nanotechnology in 2019-21
    i dont have any job i want to join in vlsi course
    can u suggest which to chose and which institute is best in Hyderabad?

    • @Singh-Rajveer
      @Singh-Rajveer  8 місяців тому

      Hi, I don't have that much knowledge about training institute.
      But lot of fake advertising happen over social media / internet.
      So, It is advised to take reviews from 10-15 students before joining any training institute.
      You can search institute name on google.
      You may easily find students enrolled over there on LinkedIn.

      Usually students don't have that much budget.

    Are macs unsuitable??

    • @Singh-Rajveer
      @Singh-Rajveer  Місяць тому

      I guess for study purposes no.
      Because during student life we need various free applications. Mac doesn't not have that flexibility. However most of the tools/ student purpose have mac versions still not all.
      That's what I feel and for the same reason I purchased mac after my engineering.

      Company will provide you laptop when you are into vlsi job.
      Tools and Machines run on company's server when you are into job. Laptop is provided just to access the server.
