The purpose of black, gray, & brown is 2 DESTROY the look of things so people must buy REAL colors later 2 undo the DAMAGE.

The music is so loud but the talking is so quiet, your cameraman is also way too shaky and it's very really low res compared to the panning camera, this would've been good content otherwise.

The moss wall thing was really off putting for me along with a lot of the furnishing's, the quality I would expect more. The tiling in the bathroom by the looks of it is by Bisazza which is a high end brand but on the whole I was disappointed with the whole set up of the penthouse. I have sent many apartments & penthouses in Bangkok for much lower value That if given a choice I would prefer to live in. I suppose it is a personal choice but I would not be willing to part with $5 million for this particular penthouse. Just thought I would do you the courtesy of replying as you asked what I did not like about the place. Wish you well in selling it.
