Beautiful unit and very well-presented. But the smog is a huge drawback to buying anything in Bangkok. And I grew up in Los Angeles when It was so smoggy it would hurt to breathe in, so I know something about dirty air.
First thing I noticed is the pollution. I’m living in LaPaz Mexico on an island off the coast seven minute ferry ride. Free ferry for owners. 450,000 buys you a 1500 square-foot condo with for 481 ft.² of deck. Ocean front. Can’t beat it.

It is important for even the super wealthy to live close to a BTS and/or MRT station because those two modes of fantastic public transportation, which are normally punctual, offer the quickest way to get around town in a pinch. (Even the high society folks in NYC get around using the subway system.). Thailand’s world class high end residential real estate segment could benefit the public by using something like the MLS in the States and Canada-meaningful transparency can only help Thailand’s residential real estate industry, which is going gangbuster in terms of new construction and the existing stock of superb condos like the one featured in this videos rival those in Manhattan, NY, reach its fullest potential in the long run.
Be aware of investing in these Bangkok Condo's. The maintenance fee is insane and many Thai who live there will not pay so its up to you, the unassuming and starstruck foreigners to foot it. This is why they are always on sale.

No way, the ones who don't pay the condo's common fee (maintenance) will be sued by the condo's juristic person, regardless of nationalities.
I always see a plaintiff who is a condo's juristic person in the court. They sued their residents in this kind of case.
Just to add there's nothing in that building for rent over 160.000 however this is by far the best example

I don't know about Asia, but in NYC public transportation is classless. People take the subway because it's faster than a car. In Bangkok the traffic is as bad or worse than in NYC, so I'd imagine it'd be the same.
@@WHERESSS I live in Woodstock NY and agree with you on NYC. My son, who is 52yrs, has lived all his life in Thailand and owns a successful business. When I last visited he would drive from his home in Ton Buri to pick me up in downtown BKK. I said the same to him and he replied that it wouldn't look good to his neighbors if he allowed me to take public transportation. Over the years they turned most of their canals in to roads which creates floods and huge traffic jams. My statement was a joke on how often common sense takes a back seat to social status.
Bangkok’s skytrain and subway systems are clean, modern, and used by people of all social classes without any stigma. They connect to major department stores, cultural landmarks, and 5 star hotels.

Currently the upper class condo price in Bangkok is roughly 6,100 USD/sqm with basic decoration. Though not the most expensive but the unit in Mahanakhon is beyone that I guess it would be about 10k USD/sqm. The room look to be 130 sqm with basic decoration so this room should be about 1.4 million USD I guess.
These style condos turn out to be terrible investments for a lot of reasons. First, the hotel can chose to slap unlimited fees plus ever rising HOA and you have no control. Second, renting is not guaranteed. Third, let us say that there are a pool of rooms owned by the hotel and a pool of rooms owned by investors. Which room do you think the hotel will rent out first? Unless you have money lying around to waste, one is way better of trying to rent them as needed and stay here versus owning.
Even in this complex you will never make a profit on your investment, this is Thailand not London and the only people who will make money is the developers

Great architecture.Unfortunatey the original owner developer tried to save money on the drainage engineering and ran in to a serious and what is an ongoing and hidden problem especially on floors below a certain level.Ask to see engineering reports and don't judge by appearances.No one wishes to pay top price to have a structural effluent issue.Aoart from that it's a beautiful building.
A monthly rent for only 5,500 Euros. That's a bargain.

Really nice condo and unit I met the owner back in 2019 I am considering to buy my first luxurious residential property in Bangkok but I’m not sure if I should wait for the One Bangkok Concept to be finish

nice video!.. personally i prefer four seasons residences, i visited several units there and it was really beautiful with view of the river and there is also the four seasons hotel downstairs where one can take lunch or dinner anytime..
I love that place too. The problem though is that Four Seasons only offers their units on leasehold whereas you can buy units at Ritz Carlton freehold.
