There are so many things wrong with this video I don't know where to start. Do not use the Allen key as in the video, especially with the spanner to add torque for both opening and tightening. There's a good chance you'll strip the bolt. Get a Allen socket set, ensure the Allen key is fully inserted into the bolt (tap gently with a mallet), and then turn. Secondly, you do realise that securing everything afterwards needs to be done correctly? There are specific torque settings so you don't strip the aluminium housing for the bolts. You don't just tighten the way you have done. Nothing on cleaning the housing whilst it is off the bike etc. I don't normally comment on videos, but this could wreck someone's brake housing. This is not the video to follow.
