Giving away tasty baked treats is impressive. I can now walk passed cakes etc in the shops but if they were handed to me, I don't know if I could give all 3 away 😊
For some reason your videos started popping up on my feed every day, so I just wanted to give you a word of encouragement and say keep going, you're doing great!
The fact that there’s obvious changes in you and someone still had to say something nasty and weird, so odd 😂😂 I loved that dress on you when I first saw that picture!
UA-cam Accountability is totally a thing. Lol. I've made so much progress decluttering my house with a collab on my GGM Creates channel. Works great. Lol.
Ok so im 2min in and I love your personality already! (have you considered doing AMSR lol, your voice is niceee). Anyway I glanced at old thumbnails and dang girl!!! What a change. Now I will watch this vid ❤ wishing you success
As someone with AuDHD, resisting to snack is so hard... I crave sugar, all the time. XD When people are like "Oh no, that's too sweet, I can only have like 2 bites!", I'm like... "Oh, so people don't eat 500ml of ice-cream in one sitting? K...". Good luck with your journey!
Lol right! Yeah a lot of my weight loss has been like reformatting my dependence on food to give me dopamine. And trying instead to let healthier habits give me those good hormones. It hasn't been easy but I've been surprised at how much success I've had so far.
@@Briannajea as someone with adhd, i find that having protein in the morning helps a lot with energy and dopamine levels, i also run up and down the stairs a few times for good measure. Its hard though, i always wanna reach for the carbs in the morning but i always crash before work. Good luck brianna!
Ohhh, what kinds of books do you read? Also, just a friendly reminder, if you have health conditions like any autoimmune disorders, thyroid problems, any of several vitamin deficiencies, they can all have symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, lack of focus, etc that mimic ADHD. And if you have been short on protein your body might not have the components to make the dopamine it needs.
Oooh that's interesting!! Yeah I wonder if I'm actually neurodivergent or just have really poor emotional/coping skills haha 😆 As for books, I like classic literature and non-fiction, mostly self-help, pop psych, theology, and memoirs. :-) sometimes I read a YA if I'm feeling something light

My summer isn't thing as well as I hoped with weight loss but determined to make it better. 😊
