Short lap, narrow track, no time to relax, lmp2 and GT3 traffic and rain/wet possibilities....if you like motorsports, you won't be bored watching this race.

Not only does the WEC have the best car count and quality imaginable, this year they put together the best tracks as well. I'm not the biggest fan of Bahrain or Qatar, but I totally understand why they are there and what they bring to the Championship. Bringing in Imola and Sao Paulo just adds that extra spice. I still think Road America is way better than COTA, and would love to see Silverstone added but this is the best realistic schedule possible.

Are these cars really THAT much slower than F1? 😳 In T2 and in general at all corner exits it looks like he isn't even trying.
Yeah dude. Look at Imola -- the hypercars' fastest lap at Imola was 1:31.794, compared to the fastest F1 lap this year, which was 1:18.589.
Making the cars faster will probably make them more expensive, something we don't need @@SkillIssueRacingChannel

He is going extremely slow indeed. Specially in laranjinha at 0:40 seconds. Grip could be low/full fuel and he´s certainly not pushing either.

The track is too short for a multiclass race. You can't go unimpeded for one corner.
Ya was wonderful that too, is it too short, even though I love the track and the action will be insane, is it in all reality a good fit for this style of racing, I can’t wait to see, but as the footage comes out , seeming too small maybe , would love to hear from the drivers
As motorsports goes on i welcome these new sounds to the track, they are fantastic harmonies of energy use. I hope to hear more of these loud electric motors onboard in combination to the rumble of combustion engines.
What is the sound that starts when the pilot lifts the throttle? and at full throttle at 1:21?
Not quite sure but I think it’s the electric motor

@@gianlozano102 The hybrid systems in these cars do NOT add power. They're for fuel economy only.
The high pitch sound in racecars always come from a gearbox with straight cut gears, the electric motor itself i am really doubtful it can be heard at all, the gearbox, ICE and everything else most likely drown it out completely
In the Ferrari 499P under braking the battery is charging with the ERS (the sound that you heard), then on acceleration phase around 190kph the ERS activate and add at maximum 270hp depending on the BOP, you can heard that sound easilly
The car is RWD with only the V6 and AWD when using the ERS too

might be using longer gear ratios than the others, on alpine and porsche onboard they used the 7th
