That was a challenge not helped by the vague instructions and lack of obvious location points. Great job working it all out. Thanks to you anyone building this kit will find it easier. If I decide to give it a go I’ll certainly use your work as a reference so many thanks.

The point you where to place the part and the gap or pin is nowhere to be found on the parts, so you place it where you think that is right and you pray that you did the right thing until the very end. Good morning, This cockpit structure is a tube frame much like a nascar frame. Everything goes together just the same. This is from the 30s where the plane was tube and covered over with a cloth. I would suggest you to cal the hurricane and study the frame. The hurricane was created from a bi-plane. When you think about the structure you will see part metal part wood frame and tubes. There you go.

Hey great video. One point though. The video is flickering quite a lot. This usually happens with a mismatch between the refresh rate of your camera and the dating your lighting is set to. It often happens when one is set below 60mhz as at this speed the human eye can with some people see the refresh between frames and it can cause headaches. I didn’t see it in any other video so it appears to be new. I’m going to have to order this nice hurricane Keep up the good work

Hi Paul, nice relaxed build video, I am building this kit myself and I must say it is the best Revell new tool for years, the cockpit is a work of art! I would like to ask the people who made this kit and put it in a Revell box what they have done with the Revell staff!! while writing this I am at the spray booth applying primer, I am really enjoying this build, pity they did not release the 2c first, but hey Ho!! I am sure your subscriber base will steadily increase as the model world needs relaxed none intense content videos, looking forward to part 4...............👌

I built that kit….you will laugh,you will cry, you will feel like tossing the whole kit, you will pull your hair, you will putty, you will sand, you will build pieces…..and in the end( if you made it this far)… you will have a nice kit.
Am I the only one seeing the camera light-flicker/strobe, too hard for me to watch. I looked at episode 4 and the strobe is there also, a barry crocker mate!

Hi, I looked at your new and 2 months ago videos and they are fine, the flicker starts with Hurricane part 3, it's subtle almost like a fan spinning overhead, I'm obviously sensitive to the flicker. I can't read white or red writing on a black background either, makes my vision dance. Pity because I was enjoying the first two. I was watching Nigel's Modelling Bench and he gave you a nod so I thought I'd check it out, oh well not to worry.
Very nice paint work on the cockpit!
Also great job on figuring out how it all goes together despite of Revells instructions.

The cockpit is looking good so far, but I think you may have opened a can of worms by dropping that seat in so soon. Keep up the great work.
I can always unstick that seat ,but it's only the joy stick to be fitted

I put some after market seat belts in mine and it really finishes off the cockpit, its about time the mainstream manufacturers include seat belts!!
Great effort with the cockpit, to be honest I don’t know how Revell is still in business ? Their models have very average for many years.
