Hi, how much does a van like yours from 1991 sell for?

The value of these vans has changed a lot since I sold it. I do not know the current market rates.

Explain to me where the fuel filter is in the fuel line for a 91 Dodge Ram 250 van the 318

It might be on the frame rail, you'll have to follow the lines back and see if it exists. I do not remember with any certainty if I changed mine.

Any info on how you mounted the hitch?

Take your van to the scale before you put a lot of effort in to this. The B250 vans don't really have the front axle weight rating to travel with water in them even without a trailer. If you are towing you must have a brake controller and dump your water.
I removed the trunk and modified it to accept the hitch. Remove the bumper, drill out the rivets all around the trunk opening, remove any screws, and push the trunk out the bottom. Then notch the back of the trunk so that you can pass the hitch in rearwards. You will need to take some measurements to estimate where the bolts holding the hitch on will pass through the trunk. At that point you can slide the hitch/trunk assembly up into the back of the van and bolt it together with the hitch sandwiching the trunk up against the frame rails. Use sealant to fill in the gaps around the back where the hitch passes into the trunk (I had 1/4" gaps but it never leaked). Reassemble the trunk opening and you are done.
Take your wiring from the rear tail lamps but note that the lights will not work unless they are grounded to the van with their mounting screws. I do not recall where I got my brake light signal for the brake controller, probably off of the brake pedal. I brought the blue brake wire down the left frame rail and the accessory power for the 7-way brake connector came off the coach battery. Plan on spending 8+ hours doing the job.
