If you ever go at it again, you can glue in phases, use masking tape to block off areas you don't want glued, (and have already been done). There are air tools to apply the flock as well. Looks good for your first time!
if you really doing rallycross and stuff you should invest in sunglasses that actually fit you. polarised would a great as well. Polarised glasses take the glare of the street and remove reflections from the windshield, kind of, more contrast and better viewing pleasure.

you can use a small painting brush to redo that corner, it wont look as great but it`s gonna look better than now. just use the black adesive and dust it again on that corner.
Could have put some bin liners (or sheet plastic of some sort) on the floor, which would have helped keep the floor clan and would have caught the flocking without getting the dirt in it so you could have re-used it.

I don't know what you plan to do for paint on the Rally Miata, but since the swap to AWD will involve a Subaru, it would be cool if you painted it 555 Blue, Subaru's blue paint color, just as a nod to what the drivetrain will be. Also a nod to Colin McRae because his rally car was the same color. Regardless, I'm looking forward to what you decide to do, and if it isn't what I suggest, I could always do it on my own car. Dig the videos, keep doing what you do. We'll support you no matter what.
Put sandbags on the legs of the tripods for the lights. That's what they do in my photography class for the expensive flashes. You can probably just look up tripod sandbags and find them.

You know they make sand bags specifically for holding light stands up right? They sit right on the legs of them perfectly and keep it from falling over.
Should have layed down a tarp to catch the excess, and done the dash in four small sections and used a flour sieve makes the job oh so easy and less waste.
all i want is to see the van either completed or taken to another channel which has someone who will actually be able to complete it without their fan base complaining about it for no reason. the rally miata is cool and all but giving up on the van is such a waste of your time money and sponsers time and money and if you do it ruins it for every one who enjoys it. at the end of the day its your choice not your fans but just bare it in mind please, another good vid keep it up

Try using 3m super 77 (spray glue) on the parts of the dash with little amounts of fiber. It might help touch it up.
i was going to wrap my dash with microsuede like my center console. you probably saved me hours of pulling and gluing.
For incomplete areas you can use some pray adhesive and apply flock.

I thought about flocking the dash on my car but I think I'll just wrap it in suede fabric, so it's easier to remove if it ever fades

Please use the old armrest as the base for the junction box. I feel like it could be a super clean, and much more comfortable than the armrest.
You could use a 3M spray adhesive and spray the parts that are a little thin, it might hold the suede fibers
