    I'd always heard that Oedipus's hamartia was his hubris/pride but had never had it expressed before in more terms than 'he calls it "my altar" and is very rude'. Thank you very much for uploading these lectures, they are both incredibly eloquent as well as comprehensive (not to mention how many great references are made in it haha).
