@@danielsinrecovery if you apply I believe they'll approve it. I'm in job placement and worked with Human Resources. As long as you didn't quit. Besides, you really didn't do any wrong. Also I'm estimating you'll get 950 to 1100 bi weekly for 6 months and extension for another 6 months if you still didn't employment. You do everything online. This way by next week you'll get your paperwork and then first check will be in 3 weeks. And then every two weeks you will out that form that you're seeking employment. All very easy and online. They'll pay you via direct deposit.

I went through something similar recently and realized that it was a blessing in disguise. "Rejection" is only redirection and Gods way of making room and redirecting you for what is for you, you're needed elsewhere. I'm glad to see you are in good spirits about it though; keep moving forward.

yea. this was a first for me, its because the person in charge of me was harassing my family over text when Kellie died she made it seem like something bad happened and so she went after my job about it plus has someone who got kicked out of the navy that needs a job, its very clear.
Some places will give you a 10 minute grace period before they consider you late. I've worked at many different jobs that will give me a 10-minute grace period. I mean we're talking about a couple trivial minutes.
in our employee handbook it states we have a 20min grace period before you are faulted and given points. they didn't treat me by those rules
I got laid off right after the holidays :/ no luck so far and ive applied online to 40-50 ish places already. been doing DoorDash in the meantime, i avg around $150-$200 a day 4-6 hours of delivering orders

Had zero warnings and didn't even get to testify for what I was accused of. Good thing I'm using my GI bill for a Com Science degree -- 1 yr left. Anyways... went back to school for a while to get truck driving license and been working on driving "semi-trucks" since. I used to be working in metal industry before. Best of strenght to you man.

That’s happened to me before well to a coworker I was hitting on her and she would go out her way to talk to me at work once the boss caught wind of it he let her go for being in my section all the time I felt bad cause I had started talking to her

yea im not to worried about it. I was almost relieved to be real, I feel some stress lifted off my shoulders. I had a lot of work I had to do at that job and I never complained, but at the same time it made me miserable, managed terribly as well.

Sorry, u probably already made a vid explaining but what do you do to stay sober. For me its getting diagnosed adhd in my 20s and getting Dexedrine first and then vyvanse, which is what works the best for me rn, helps my boredom, big trigger for my opioid addiction and helps me be my self, no craving for benzos. I will say that main downsides is sleep at time which I will use a benzo(purely for sleep) but ya thats where I’m at in recovery

Go learn a trade. Your young , and a skill is what companies are looking for. Learn anything in the construction field. Once you put some time in you’ll be pulling in mid six figures a year consistently. Learn something that very few people can do. Ive been doing this for over 30 years and took some advice a long time ago and so glad i did. I’m in the concrete/masonry field in the Boston area and do pretty well. You happen to live in a town where construction is always going on. It it will always go on. STOP with entry level jobs. Next thing you know you’ll be 50 and then your screwed

The alledged event took place a long time ago, they were looking for a reason to justify the termination.

yea no im not taking it a bad way, could absolutely be. but no i dont think thats what was going on as far as the provider, they were sad to see me go because they were left with ghetto workers that dont know their job, the providers feel they cant trust some of the other workers and so they would always come to me for anything serious. but yea as far as the rest of them, fuck em, it was my supervisor that i grew up with just to much conflict of interest going on plus she was blown out of the water by my skill set and no supervisor wants to see their subordinate do better than them!

Actually, its not his money. His, and all employers pay into unemployment insurance. Employees can open/file for claims when their employment has terminated. In certain circumstance the employer can fight the claim. The employee can receive up to a certain amount based on what they have made and for a certain amount of time. You must also be full time employee.
