I watch 11 farm sites but this is my favorite. This guy has kept to the same standard as when he started. He doesn’t try to be a comedian or show videos of him doing his dishes he has kept to what I started watching for. He shows me real farming. If I want to know about doing dishes cooking dinner or mowing the lawn I’ll ask my wife. I want to thank this guy for giving me a glimpse of something I will never be lucky enough to experience. Luca
You guys are the best thing ever. Taking care of the cows and cleaning is just out standing. The cost is expensive but your awarded in the long run. Hang in there. We need you
Your dad seems to be healing well, he looks good as new! I pray everyone has a merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year! Thank you again Eric for taking us with you on your family dairy!
@11:30 - the best angle to see the Commodities loading ever! You put a lot of time and effort into the creativity of your videos and it's much appreciated!
It must be a good feeling to work for yourself and your family. I know it's a hard life but it's a life you can be proud of. You and your family are good people and I thank you for all your hard work.
I still struggle to figure out why people dislike a video like this. They really go through a lot of processes and work to take care of these animals, seem to be a highly responsible family.
Another great video Eric. Amazing how those ladies seem to enjoy the feed dumping on their heads - they can't be that hungry as well as you care for them.
Awesome Video as always! started watching about 8 months ago and haven't missed a video since. I come from a family of farmers out in South Dakota, my Grandparents grew up on farms and still have many family members who own farms. Its really interesting to see some of the things that were/are part of my family history through you and I am thankful for that. Keep up the great work
I liked the curtain going down at the end. I really like the set up of the animal areas. They are open in the summer with fans around to move the air when its really warm and humid, and when its cold the tarps come down to keep the cold air out. And, cows generate a lot of heat in closed areas so keeping comfortably warm during the coldest times is possible.
I'm amazed by all the work that's involved to keep things comfy for all your "ladies". I guess the 2 month period during their dry period is their vacation time
Love watching your farm operation. It's very interesting and you and your dad work well together. Glad his shoulder is doing better. Best wishes and Happy Holidays.
my family runs a dairy in india, watching this shows me a whole different perspective and style everyone has on their own farm. Great content keep up the good work
Thank You for the pin Eric! This really helped my channel and I will continue to make videos. I really enjoy your videos and you helped to inspire me to start making my videos!

Hello from russia🇷🇺 from russian family farm. my name is Max Goryunov. I'm 29 years old, we have been doing it since 2007. good video, hopefully motivate. !! ✊🏼😎👍🏼
My area had a big snow storm, melted then we currently have a super cold breeze blowin through. I have ducks and chickens I have to check on often to make sure they are not freezing, they are also in a small coop (it's really a free shed with small slide door and 2 windows) but we are gone upgrade it hopefully and get 2-3 separate grass areas for em to graze
You need some hot string and some pigtail standards to guide your cows when dried off and when they are gonna calve. Strung between the gaps will keep them on the right path and can be quickly wound up again out of the way till next time. You can add a temporary electric fence unit to the mix but 9 times out of 10 it isn't required. Hot string is a plastic fibers with wire strands addef to make a strong durable string that can carry power
Great Video! I’m from Pennsylvania as well and make UA-cam videos on my family’s dairy farm.
