The third video here is to discuss with you the meaning of cytotoxicity data and what can we do from interpreting the data to further study the cytotoxicity of specific chemicals to be tested. It is important to use the correct doses for your experiments after you have determined the LC50 values.

How do we plot our values to determine LC50 results? Linear regression? Sigmoidal curve?

You may use PRISM Graph Pad to plot, don’t use excel; it depends on the results you obtain or the doses you use, log scale for example and use probit analysis. Using the statistics package would definitely help. I won’t use excel!
