I say the fed does nothing
Trillion dollars in national debt every 100 days, metals all time highs, stocks all time highs, inflation higher for longer, politicians making millions on Nvidia, this shit is cray cray.
My biggest positions are going to he metals and metal miners. I still believe all the money printing will catch up to us before long. Metals will never be much cheaper
Just a matter of time until this bubble pop, the next thing we know everyone is on panic mode again like the old days.
I don't make any moves without watching your videos first. Gold content - not too bearish or bullish just logic and facts. Bravo sir!

AT: I recommend you would use the Fed inflation nowcast tool in your macro analysis. I find the rate of change before PCE and CPI release to be extremely helpful
How do we know if we are on waitlist?
btw, cpi would still be in the 8-10% range if the old 1980s inflation calc was used.... ....they need inflation high to keep the debt to gdp optic not as bad as it could be ie; Japan... ...before long they'll find a reason to not even report cpi because there's not much left to chop out of it, no news is good news strategy....

utterly brilliant presentation. the way you laid out the pieces, brought them together, and then reviewed the main points at the end was in great. so many great things in this video, bursting with market knowledge. I especially like the parts about price action with candlesticks. i find reading them so interesting and i don't think that two bar pattern on NVDA daily has a name either. made me bust out a copy of "Bloomberg Visual Guide Candlestick Charting". Not in that book either. last part of the book was about "blended" candles. it made me think of dissecting the candles into the 4hr and interestingly, i think it looks like a triangle with bullish bias (bc of bottom wicks) then breakout. or its kind of like a rising 3 methods (but only 2 here) maybe. if you "discovered" this you should definitely name it. I will look out for this pattern going forward. if i see it, i will drill down 1 TF lower to see what it looks like but i am assuming that they will all be varying degrees of these types of bullish patterns. Logically, a red version, inverted of that two bar pattern would be bearish so i'll be on the lookout for those as well. this was just a small portion of your video but it's got me thinking...as always, my sincerest and humblest thanks boss AT. Love the content and i dont mean this in a bad way but can you cover other stocks aside from NVDA...
I don't think this is his edge. There must be thousands of channels covering each major stock many times over. He presents NVDA as an example for his method. Arete's edge is explaining how the fundamentals translates into the market action and trades. I would prefer that he focuses on the major index trades but he just does NVDA most days.
With regards to the CEG trade, I have a question… how do you decide on the ticker for your trade? Why did you pick CEG (seems like an obscure stock)? Maybe you could note in one of your upcoming videos on how you decide which tickers to focus on each day?
I haven't really been leaning long because it makes no sense to, and they force us to guess. Far as I can tell the major moves are overnight or very very short and purely manipulated.

spy held below 530, qqq held below 460 friday. stop losses on shorts set. would see more opportunity to the downside right now. the only thing that worries me is that the fed is entering blackout period combined with summer low volume starting and institutions not buying but not selling either.... ...easy to float the market up on thin air in short the term...

I went to separate malls in the past two weeks including one of the largest malls, King Of Prussia Mall. You coudln't find parking spots because it was so packed, so people who think the consumer isn't spending, are wrong.

@@Cliptohistory If you know the area, it's only a small section of that area is wealthy. The other malls I went to were in lower income areas and they were packed as well. I wouldn't say $55K median income is a wealthy area, which is what King of Prussia area is. That's below the national median income is $59K
Maybe reference something of value.....the consumer is definitely spending, the economic data supports that, reference it, not your shopping mall parking lot , though, the consumer is being more selective on what it's purchasing and when you look at consumer debt you'll see it's climbing, all of these different aspects begin painting a larger picture.
@@XxJoshua2012xX this is how retail analysts on Wall Street did their research. So, it something that Wall Street has done for decades. Just watch CNBC and when the respected retail analysts speak, they talk about traffic at the stores.

But the Durable Good Orders was revised .So ye , so much of the data , 0.7 % doesnt look so bad as previous 2.6 % and they expected -0.8 % .
I agree with opinion about people who is doing disservice - puting out all that nonsense about trading . I am quite shocked that till this day there is zero control for it , and there is so much guru out there who is keep spreading false information for personal profits . Hopefully one day this will change .

As I keep telling people, stock markets love inflation. What they hate are rate hikes, and as long as Powell keeps saying there will be no rate hike, the market will continue higher, no matter how much inflation there is.
