Remaster. It's just better in every way. Quest tracking is improved, camera functionality is improved so you can actually look up properly and take in the environment, there's extra content (even if some of the content isn't that great). The only argument most people have is that the updated graphics look "too anime" in comparison to the original, but when you go back to the original artbook you can see that was kind of the intent, only held back by the original Wii hardware. If you got a switch, get definitive edition. If you don't, the other versions are still playable
