Envy platformed Cesar, promoted him, set up scammy seminars where THEY took ppl's money and encouraged ppl to invest. That's his partner. To say he's innocent is crazy.
if he didn’t participate, and was uninformed of the fraud, deems him innocent or atleast not guilty

5:40 Side story... I have rental properties and to save cost I do the majority of the service work. That's what I do for a living, I run the maintenance of a high-rise office building. I have licenses & certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and locksmithing. I know what I'm doing! I was planning on remodeling a bathroom in one of the houses. I received a bid for 8K for the work for 5X7 space, which includes removing the tube, surround, vanity, and some patchwork. This bid did not include the new tube, surround, or vanity I had to buy. I couldn't wrap my head around the bid. Everything he outlined made nonsense to me. For example, the contractor wanted to charge me 1k to remove the old tube, and he charted down 12 hours of labor. WTF! I did the bathroom for 3K. That's with everything.
I would've never given Envy or Caeser money because it doesn't make sense to me. There is no way you will see that type of return. All I'm saying is educate yourself before handing over 200K in cash!

I watched that interview and my one and only question was; what did you do about ALL the people who reached out to you; telling you Ceasar was not returning calls, not paying off, the bounce checks, and the ones who actually did leg work and found out he doesn't own that property they invested in.
Envy can't claim ignorance because there's paperwork of people communicating to him about the fraud!
Say what you want, oh he didn't take any money, he was a silent partner (which makes him liable), he was just a spoke person. He used his radio station format which the station did not get paid or consent to do which made them just as liable, and Envy's personal appearances at seminars. Do you believe Envy did all of this for free, and that he was trying to uplift the community? If you do, I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale.
