- Hey #glowgetters! I know I'm a little late but HAPPY PRIDE!! Although we dedicate the month of June to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community, I celebrate pride all year long! This year was EXTRA special because I'm a new #MACAmbassador and I got to attend LA & NYC World Pride with @maccosmetics! Both experiences were so much fun and I feel honored to have been able to partake in these major moments with one of my favorite brands! I hope you guys enjoy this short vlog but just a heads up lol, I'm still trying to get the hang of filming vlogs so please bare with my weird angles and jump cuts! :) Thumbs up this video if you want me to do more vlogs, and subscribe to my channel! PRIDE.
Pride was amazing this year at HTX!! I was able to put on make up and go out in it. Did it on my own. Did it because you along with other influencers such as yourself have made it possible for me to build the confidence to do my own make up. So putting on my make up, dressing up for PRIDE has taught me that loving yourself allows you to share your love with others! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 Pride is who I am, what I am, where I am in life, and how I live my life! ♥️
Pride is more than a time to celebrate who you are. It’s also a time to honor the past and those and stood in the face of hate and said Not Today Satan! I remember walking my first pride parade in DC and feeling an overwhelming feeling of joy. I couldn’t help but to cry. I finally found my tribe! I found where I could be me with no judgement. I will always carry that special moment with me!
Hardly anyone talks about Mac however they always support the culture.
i know i wasnt the only one bawling when the speakers spoke about what Pride means to them. It was truly touching and they were speaking strong facts. Let's love one another and stop the hatred against each other. #love #pride #togetherness

I did not attend a pride event this year but i did for many years.
10 years ago my daughter called me (she was 20) and said she wanted to talk to me.. we met that weekend at a Starbucks... she drive down from school... she had never done that before so i thought maybe she was in trouble with school, issues with her grades... ir something really bad.. i was so nervous
my daughter stated beating around the bush... "mom you know that i love you..and would never do anything to hurt you' .. (i thinking OMG.. something terrible happened).
She continued... you know we grew up in the islands and in the church... she started crying... i started crying. Too..... saying to her 'whats wrong'????? 'Tell me.. what's wrong... i love you and whatever it us we will get through it..!!
She said...'mom I'm gay". ... i said .. ok?! What wrong.. what has you do upset? .. she said i just told you.. im Gay..
I said that is it???? Don't give me a heart-attack... i love you... you are my daughter..
I am proud of my daughter, i love her with all my heart.. Pride means love to me...

Never been to a pride event, but VERY thankful for these events as the support to the community is phenomenal! Love how MAC is one of the cosmetic lines that focuses on slaying looks and supporting important causes! #gopride #periodt
A great video, and love you as always! It's great how mac has always stood up in the fight for equality, just a shame that equality stopped including animals when they started allowing countries to test their products on animals were required by law! As far as I'm concerned it's a sell out, and stops the brand being cruelty free! BUT as I said at the beginning of this comment, love you 💜💜💜

Loveeee this vlog! I attended SF Pride and it was amazinggg. Pride means everything to me espically being Latina and coming from a traditional Latino household where it’s frowned upon- it was great to be able to share this year’s experience with my family. Huge strides! 💋🌈

Pride means the world to me and I celebrate almost daily. It’s commemorating my uncle. He passed away when I was a teen from AIDS.He was so happy, always singing and dancing. He wore makeup and showed me how to be fearless and fabulous. I miss him very much and so I celebrate pride in his honor as often as possible.

Pride for me means the freedom to express sexual orientation and meet other people who are members of the group. People are otherwise condemned on the basis of sexuality, but is it not amazing to learn something more about yourself? Pride makes it possible to get acquainted with yourself, but with other people too. I will hope that people will accept that there are more types of sexual orientation.😊
