WuWa doesn't value your time!? Bro, it's been what.. 2 months?? My Jinhsi is cracked. I farmed for 3 months for Raidens set and had to give up, because I couldn't get the pieces from her set, was always getting the pieces from the other set, building characters in Genshin is so ass when it comes to artifacts that I can't understand how Genshin values your time more, come on, be frrrr.
I went from ar 45 to 56 ar just farming the geo dungeon (wanted to make full geo team) And I had one full good set not even perfect and but in wuwu I have three good sets and one of them are perfect (jiyan set)
Dont forget u can actually switch echo sets and weapons before doing tower of adversity which saves even more time. I just wish we could switch our equipment while inside the tower without having to back out tho
Bro i already have 3 full leveled echo sets for my 3 dps before ul50 then i only focus now in talents, weapons, farming shell credits for ul60, I'm ul 58 now i can 27 star tower f2p, so ye wuwa is better than genshin in farming perspective
lv 120 lightcrusher and howler twins are more aggressive and threatening than anything ZZZ or hoyo in general can ever put out for their ass of an endgame mode

I’m gonna be real with you bro, I love Wuwa as much as the next guy but ZZZ is not as easy as people claim it to be. It’s pretty chill till it suddenly ramped up to 100 with the twins boss fight in Ch.3, not to mention the endgame holo zero being actually quite challenging and you needing to be pretty strategic. I’m not gonna say one game is harder than the other, just that ZZZ, like Wuwa and PGR, has difficult content.

I remember watching his video and found it really odd that he said certain things like WuWa not respecting his time. WuWa gives the freedom of choice. You don't NEED to hard-grind echoes 24/7, but you CAN. And somehow, his brain wasn't getting that. He acted like he needed endgame stats like double crit etc etc etc immediately when...that's not how games work. Somedays I grind like two or three types of echoes, some others I just logon to do dailies for like 7 minutes before hopping off. Even a decent 50% crit rate build at lv 80 (most ppl are at UL 50 now) can clear left and right tower 12 doritos, Mid tower is where your min maxing and better characters showcase. Overworld you don't even need a min max character to do shit, Hollogram u have foods and buffs as long as you're 10-20 levels below you can clear it highest level with shitty to decent build.

Not to forget casuals in wuwa will get more echos and other stuff over time. HELL YOU are basically guaranteed a 5 star weapon of each archetype as long as you play each patch. I played the game casually so far , and even i could clear TOA 30/30 and finish all holograms.

Wuwa engame :encounters basically one shot you ,they have multiple new moves you have to learn so you can actually survive ,unless you time well ur parry you will loose on time limit . Zzz endgame : enemies do more dmg and have 20x incrased hp ^^
Sorry but Genshin's overworld experience being better than WuWa's? If you're talking about music and visuals then yes Genshin is better than WuWa but in terms of movement, traversal, and combat WuWa is undoubtedly better than Genshin. Plus it is rewarding to 100% a sub-region in WuWa. You get rewards from WuWa's equivalent of the Adventure Guild.

The thing that makes WuWa harder than zzZ is because of the boss design, boss in WuWa interact with the player more, they are more aggressive and each boss has their unique mechanics and attack pattern while in zzZ the boss rarely even attack you they get staggered more easily and they are more easier to parry/dodge cimpared to WuWa boss.
I think Iyo fell into the trap of trying to justify enjoying and playing ZZZ by claiming it's difficult but you're never going to win that argument because what makes something difficult is subjective. He could avoid all of this by just saying "Hey, it might not be the most challenging game all the time, but I enjoy the personal challenge of mastering the systems and combat mechanics, in order to put up my best times and most efficient tactics" Something so simple, that it would quiet this whole debate. But he's a bit too in deep now, it'd be hard to just take that L and move on. Cause it's gonna hit that pride a bit. No one really cares how difficult a game is, they just want to be acknowledged for their ability to master it and find comradery in the process. People need to stop ego-gaming and just enjoy it. To conclude i think Iyo is trying to appeal to ZZZ because even if his WuWa vid blew up, the people knew that his vid was not helpful.
He isn't rage baiting. He's known in the Hoyoverse community for having bad takes (which was admittedly unwarranted... during the time), and he's had to fight against that for a long time. As a person who has watched Iyo's videos for awhile, I legitimately think he got triggered by Twitter and had an egotistical meltdown. Thus he became the person everyone thought he was because that video was a complete incoherent mess.
If it's anything to go by with wuwa it'll probably get systems like Pgr where events have more exp for echo mats than the standard way of farming for exp which is quite poor There may be times where we have to save up to dump for optimal resources However events may be the focus to give a consistent source of exp for leveling which is my issue with the game anyway They've already been polishing the rogue like more and adding cool systems very similar to what's in Pgr and I can't lie it's refreshing

i wanna add in 1 more thing about ZZZ combat, it don't have down time at all even at the highest difficulty, what you do in ZZZ lots of the time is try to optimize DPS as much as u can because the threat is significantly lower. in Wuwa or even in HI3 u have more threat from boss that actually kill you.

I usually want to watch his HSR videos because, aside from the ones about Ruan Mei, his topics are at least somewhat different and present another perspective, unlike all other videos that recycle the same guide format of "Yes, I read the character's skills, here are the 2-3 relics they use, here are their Eidolons. I did guide, hur dur." With Iyo I could at least think if he's right or wrong, or just have a new angle on things. He just really doesn't have a thick skin and it leaks into the actual content too much. Then again, he does have to deal with way too much racism because it's easy to attack him. I'm not saying he's the best thing since sliced bread, but he's not the other guide drones that put out lazy content.
A lot of the bad take Iyo stuff started with him saying Kafka, Topaz, Ruan Mei are a sign that HSR is moving away from Hypercarry in the future. At that time, people were still hyperinvested in their Seele, DHIL, and Jingliu etc, so they hated his take cause it meant their favorite character would be mid in the future. 5-6 months later he was proven right with Topaz, Kafka, Ruan Mei being the most future proof characters in the game.

14:40 I wanna fix something in here. Yeah, you are right about time window but it's not the main reason why parry is easier. It's easier to joke level ZZZ because unlike ZZZ, in WuWa, your character have to face against enemy. Your character has to reach enemy and your character has to hit enemy. This is why slower character has hard time to parry. And this is why people were doing Danjin solo because nearly all of her attacks are instant. There is different timing for each character and not all character's all attack can parry. But in ZZZ, these 4 thing doesn't exists. Every character can parry and they put them in perfect position so even if your character is down, new one will be in perfect position to parry. And I forgot to mention but in WuWa, you have to parry every single parry if you want all the parry. For example if enemy has two attack combo and but can parry, you have to parry both. But in ZZZ, once you parry first attack, you don't have to touch anything. it will automaticly parry all other combos. Up to 5 (I didn't see any enemy that attack with combos more than 5) as far as I see. so in short, if you want 5 parry in WuWa, you have to earn them all within same rules I listed above. But in ZZZ, you don't need those rules and you just need to parry 1 in order to parry all 5 attacks. ZZZ is literal joke if compared to WuWa.
IYO was a likeable fella but quickly turned 180 degrees and became a walking L for 44 minutes. Mr.Pokke making fun of him was the icing on the cake. Most of his complaints about WuWa are present and even worse with ZZZ. I love how he compares WuWa to Genshin when he ain't even played Genshin that long enough he quit it quickly. Also fella tries too hard to sound like an fgc vet forcing fgc terminologies on gacha games that have no relevance to what he says. It sounds cringey as cringey as that description sounds, its like he is trying too hard to be "the fgc gacha gamer" He may be using this drama to gain traction in the ZZZ space since Kuro didn't give him any special treatment for WuWa. I became causal a little bit later into wuwa and I just hit Ul 50 reason being is because of tactical simulacra the devs are pacing out the content for the players so I have to grind again to make good teams However the game is far less time consuming as genshin and less unforgiving, hell PGR is more time consuming than all these other gachas but it's so much fun every second goes towards progress my brain likes

You forget to mention but in that video, Iyo challanges to people about endgame in ZZZ but literally doesn't know how ZZZ drive discs (relic/echo for ZZZ) works. He said if it was easy, you should be able to clear level 7 endgame while being Interknot level 32. But the fact is, 5* drive discs are open AFTER Interknot level 35. So he is either thinking people are dumb and they should grind and level up 4* drive discs or he knows no one gonna try level 0 4* drive discs so he just straight up lies. it's so bad either way. Or maybe he is just stupid and doesn't know the game that he is dckriding.

Ok actually, everything in the thumbnail of the video is my experience rn, but that is my experience. I play the game daily and no life the content so i personally feel like i am left with nothing. Im aware the game is still new and the events and banners for me take too long to transition, but that is because i have gotten the characters ive wanted within the budget and time im willing to spend. I feel for iyo’s opinions, he may be having the same experience as me somewhat, i think after time goes by and people hit their endgame early, they will agree with some of his takes, maybe he needs to just work on his delivery

I think iyo was most upset about relics/echos. I cant really understand his view on it, there basically the same rates as all the other gacha games, like lets be real, if kuro really wants to compete with hoyo, will they give u less mats per resin? I think not having to use resin in wuwa to get echos mite have changed up the perception, like u lit can have tons of echos to roll not like relics where u only get them from domains that cost resin/gacha energy. So of course u wont have enough exp to match all the echos u can farm. Lastly in hsr i got pretty good firefly, but i tell in the past week i used every stam farming relics & i only got 9 atk% body pcs, i actually had to craft the one im using.

I watched the Iyo smashing video and it was high level of copium, idk if this guy is being pay to destroy his own channel. the thing is ZZZ and wuwa have almost the same combat base but the difficulty range is way different, is like running an obstacle race were ZZZ is for kids and wuwa is like american ninja warrior. the problem with that video in particular is all he explained is almost USELESS is just looks "cool" and the main reason is > a fighting game you have more keys + arrow keys which you NEED for the character to cast abilities+timing mainwhile ZZZ(who the devs tried to sell as a fighting game) is JUST a 1 smashing key. BTW the game combat is such bad designed, for example there's NO reward in countering almost no stagger increase, 0 dmg, low increase in points for ultimate that means you are wasting DPS which should be the opposite. CCs in gacha is a F'ing mess, they just upload whatever crap just to be watched, just see the amount of click bait + thumbnail with stupid faces and dont forget the juicy nonstop drama. When a CC start to doing BS like that i m just out of there, for me is an insult to the viewers.
Maybe its just me that only play 1 game (wuwa) that i feel i want to grind more. But because of stamina n echo exp. I need to farm tacet for 1-2weeks before i roll echo ? Definitely agree with most of your points. While I personally do enjoy genshin and zzz more than WuWa and quit WuWa because I straight up do not have time to play 2 open world gachas, I cannot deny that it's still a good game (just not my cup of tea). Iyo just came off as very petty and downright condescending for being part of the "FGC". One thing I will mention is that with the new genshin update, doing dailies are actually super quick now since you don't even need to do any commisions anymore since you can save up on encounter points. And in defense of zzz gear system: there isnt a "elemental dmg percentage" main stat since all of the elements are condensed into one main stat (anomaly mastery/proficiency) and there's also less roll rng since all substats increase by a fixed amount. Obviously it's still pretty grindy and not perfect, but from my experience I do like zzz gear system more than genshin and hsr at the very least.

Actually it takes me on average 20 minutes to do dailies and burn resin if I'm full on condensed resin Why? Well the run speed and stamina is low in genshin if I'm out of condensed it would take 9-12 minutes to do dailies and just condense resin If I'm capped on resin It takes 18-24 minutes especially if you have a yapping commissions and farming away the resin This is prior to the whole chest system to skip dailies but you still have to talk to katheryne when you're done With the chest system it's basically like the resin one where you have to optimize chest hunting and whatever else to save energy to skip dailies and it would be insanely quick However it's convoluted and not mindless to do so I opt to do the basic task of running around cause who just farms four chests and logs off daily If I could always do that it would take 4 minutes but it's every other day and way too much chores to be fun, anyway I quit before the update to the commission system thing got updated again because of the repetitive and boring events
You do not understand how parry m3chanics works in ZZZ. Imagine calling ZZZ easy but in WuWa you can switch any character tou want without any draw backs. ZZZ battle mechanics is advanced as you are punished for poor rotations and bad decision makings. WuWa is brain dead, no decision making in rotations and parry has no cost or draw back. Easier combat system compared to ZZZ.
"poor rotation" there's that in Wuwa too duh, you can't just play with 3 supports and pray to do maximum dmg even with dps sets. "Parry has no cost or draw back" Some bosses will do a unique combo if you miss a certain parry that will do a lot of dmg if you take a hit. In ZZZ it's complicated because sometimes the game forces you to make choices when you don't ask for it. It's not deep or hard, it's annoying. Switching characters with parries should be wanted and the chain combo, QTE or whatever it's called should be triggered by the player.

Stop lying in WuWa you can SPAM PARRY, SPAM DODGE! zero draw backs whatsoever and bosses moves don't even land cuz they can be dodged and parried right after. Wuwa is just whatever and yes, genshin is much better. Overworld is more diverse, the setting is much more interesting, the pacing of getting rewards, doing puzzles and combat is much better done. Faster =/= better.

I farmed for 3 months for Raidens set and had to give up, because I couldn't get the pieces from her set, was always getting the pieces from the other set, building characters in Genshin is so ass when it comes to artifacts that I can't understand how Genshin values your time more, come on, be frrrr.
I went from ar 45 to 56 ar just farming the geo dungeon (wanted to make full geo team)

I’m gonna be real with you bro, I love Wuwa as much as the next guy but ZZZ is not as easy as people claim it to be. It’s pretty chill till it suddenly ramped up to 100 with the twins boss fight in Ch.3, not to mention the endgame holo zero being actually quite challenging and you needing to be pretty strategic. I’m not gonna say one game is harder than the other, just that ZZZ, like Wuwa and PGR, has difficult content.

If you're talking about music and visuals then yes Genshin is better than WuWa but in terms of movement, traversal, and combat WuWa is undoubtedly better than Genshin. Plus it is rewarding to 100% a sub-region in WuWa. You get rewards from WuWa's equivalent of the Adventure Guild.

As someone who's playing Genshin for more than two years I do care about better traversal. I run both Genshin and WuWa with medium settings on a GTX 1650 8GB laptop and just doing fine. This is more of a you problem as evident on your multiple Anti-WuWa comments under this youtuber's videos.

The thing that makes WuWa harder than zzZ is because of the boss design, boss in WuWa interact with the player more, they are more aggressive and each boss has their unique mechanics and attack pattern while in zzZ the boss rarely even attack you they get staggered more easily and they are more easier to parry/dodge cimpared to WuWa boss.
I think Iyo fell into the trap of trying to justify enjoying and playing ZZZ by claiming it's difficult but you're never going to win that argument because what makes something difficult is subjective. He could avoid all of this by just saying
"Hey, it might not be the most challenging game all the time, but I enjoy the personal challenge of mastering the systems and combat mechanics, in order to put up my best times and most efficient tactics"
Something so simple, that it would quiet this whole debate. But he's a bit too in deep now, it'd be hard to just take that L and move on. Cause it's gonna hit that pride a bit. No one really cares how difficult a game is, they just want to be acknowledged for their ability to master it and find comradery in the process.

You can compare more about two different types of apples. And you can even compare an apple to celery or beef based on nutrition value.

He isn't rage baiting. He's known in the Hoyoverse community for having bad takes (which was admittedly unwarranted... during the time), and he's had to fight against that for a long time. As a person who has watched Iyo's videos for awhile, I legitimately think he got triggered by Twitter and had an egotistical meltdown. If it's anything to go by with wuwa it'll probably get systems like Pgr where events have more exp for echo mats than the standard way of farming for exp which is quite poor
There may be times where we have to save up to dump for optimal resources
However events may be the focus to give a consistent source of exp for leveling which is my issue with the game anyway
They've already been polishing the rogue like more and adding cool systems very similar to what's in Pgr and I can't lie it's refreshing

A lot of the bad take Iyo stuff started with him saying Kafka, Topaz, Ruan Mei are a sign that HSR is moving away from Hypercarry in the future. At that time, people were still hyperinvested in their Seele, DHIL, and Jingliu etc, so they hated his take cause it meant their favorite character would be mid in the future.
5-6 months later he was proven right with Topaz, Kafka, Ruan Mei being the most future proof characters in the game.

14:40 I wanna fix something in here. Yeah, you are right about time window but it's not the main reason why parry is easier. It's easier to joke level ZZZ because unlike ZZZ, in WuWa, your character have to face against enemy. Your character has to reach enemy and your character has to hit enemy. This is why slower character has hard time to parry. And this is why people were doing Danjin solo because nearly all of her attacks are instant. There is different timing for each character and not all character's all attack can parry. But in ZZZ, these 4 thing doesn't exists. Every character can parry and they put them in perfect position so even if your character is down, new one will be in perfect position to parry.
And I forgot to mention but in WuWa, you have to parry every single parry if you want all the parry. For example if enemy has two attack combo and but can parry, you have to parry both. But in ZZZ, once you parry first attack, you don't have to touch anything. it will automaticly parry all other combos. Up to 5 (I didn't see any enemy that attack with combos more than 5) as far as I see. so in short, if you want 5 parry in WuWa, you have to earn them all within same rules I listed above. But in ZZZ, you don't need those rules and you just need to parry 1 in order to parry all 5 attacks. ZZZ is literal joke if compared to WuWa.
btw, fun fact, some rules are, that I listed above, doesn't even exists in PGR.

You forget to mention but in that video, Iyo challanges to people about endgame in ZZZ but literally doesn't know how ZZZ drive discs (relic/echo for ZZZ) works. He said if it was easy, you should be able to clear level 7 endgame while being Interknot level 32. But the fact is, 5* drive discs are open AFTER Interknot level 35. So he is either thinking people are dumb and they should grind and level up 4* drive discs or he knows no one gonna try level 0 4* drive discs so he just straight up lies. it's so bad either way. I play the game daily and no life the content so i personally feel like i am left with nothing.
Im aware the game is still new and the events and banners for me take too long to transition, but that is because i have gotten the characters ive wanted within the budget and time im willing to spend.

I think not having to use resin in wuwa to get echos mite have changed up the perception, like u lit can have tons of echos to roll not like relics where u only get them from domains that cost resin/gacha energy. So of course u wont have enough exp to match all the echos u can farm.
Lastly in hsr i got pretty good firefly, but i tell in the past week i used every stam farming relics & i only got 9 atk% body pcs, i actually had to craft the one im using.
I do like Iyo, but yeah the only Wuwa issue I have is the echos substats everything else is what!? This is my least annoying game lol

I watched the Iyo smashing video and it was high level of copium, idk if this guy is being pay to destroy his own channel.
the thing is ZZZ and wuwa have almost the same combat base but the difficulty range is way different, is like running an obstacle race were ZZZ is for kids and wuwa is like american ninja warrior.
the problem with that video in particular is all he explained is almost USELESS is just looks "cool" and the main reason is > a fighting game you have more keys + arrow keys which you NEED for the character to cast abilities+timing mainwhile ZZZ(who the devs tried to sell as a fighting game) is JUST a 1 smashing key. BTW the game combat is such bad designed, for example there's NO reward in countering almost no stagger increase, 0 dmg, low increase in points for ultimate that means you are wasting DPS which should be the opposite.
CCs in gacha is a F'ing mess, they just upload whatever crap just to be watched, just see the amount of click bait + thumbnail with stupid faces and dont forget the juicy nonstop drama.
When a CC start to doing BS like that i m just out of there, for me is an insult to the viewers.

Definitely agree with most of your points. While I personally do enjoy genshin and zzz more than WuWa and quit WuWa because I straight up do not have time to play 2 open world gachas, I cannot deny that it's still a good game (just not my cup of tea). Iyo just came off as very petty and downright condescending for being part of the "FGC". One thing I will mention is that with the new genshin update, doing dailies are actually super quick now since you don't even need to do any commisions anymore since you can save up on encounter points. And in defense of zzz gear system: there isnt a "elemental dmg percentage" main stat since all of the elements are condensed into one main stat (anomaly mastery/proficiency) and there's also less roll rng since all substats increase by a fixed amount. Obviously it's still pretty grindy and not perfect, but from my experience I do like zzz gear system more than genshin and hsr at the very least.

Actually it takes me on average 20 minutes to do dailies and burn resin if I'm full on condensed resin
Why? Well the run speed and stamina is low in genshin if I'm out of condensed it would take 9-12 minutes to do dailies and just condense resin
If I'm capped on resin It takes 18-24 minutes especially if you have a yapping commissions and farming away the resin
This is prior to the whole chest system to skip dailies but you still have to talk to katheryne when you're done
With the chest system it's basically like the resin one where you have to optimize chest hunting and whatever else to save energy to skip dailies and it would be insanely quick
However it's convoluted and not mindless to do so I opt to do the basic task of running around cause who just farms four chests and logs off daily
If I could always do that it would take 4 minutes but it's every other day and way too much chores to be fun, anyway I quit before the update to the commission system thing got updated again because of the repetitive and boring events

You do not understand how parry m3chanics works in ZZZ. Imagine calling ZZZ easy but in WuWa you can switch any character tou want without any draw backs.
ZZZ battle mechanics is advanced as you are punished for poor rotations and bad decision makings.
WuWa is brain dead, no decision making in rotations and parry has no cost or draw back. Easier combat system compared to ZZZ.
"poor rotation" there's that in Wuwa too duh, you can't just play with 3 supports and pray to do maximum dmg even with dps sets.

Some bosses will do a unique combo if you miss a certain parry that will do a lot of dmg if you take a hit.
In ZZZ it's complicated because sometimes the game forces you to make choices when you don't ask for it. It's not deep or hard, it's annoying.
Switching characters with parries should be wanted and the chain combo, QTE or whatever it's called should be triggered by the player.

Wuwa is just whatever and yes, genshin is much better. Overworld is more diverse, the setting is much more interesting, the pacing of getting rewards, doing puzzles and combat is much better done. Faster =/= better.
